I'm so glad I did because I think this is going to be my new go-to spot! I did an acne facial with Gina a week ago and my skin feels so soft and clear. I usually don't like when facials are too harsh and leave me feeling dry, but here my skin felt clean, refreshed, and super moisturized walking out. Gina was so sweet, explained everything as she went, and made it a really relaxing experience. The place itself is clean and welcoming too. Prices are reasonable for the area and I'll be coming back in a month to try it out again.

I've been seeing her for my Brazilian waxes, and somehow she manages to make an experience that involves hot wax and pain feel like catching up with a friend. The entire appointment flies by because we're busy talking about life, relationships, and whatever random chaos I've gotten myself into that week. What really sets her apart is how thorough she is. She doesn't just slap on some wax and call it a day. She takes her time, gets every nook and cranny, and will even break out the tweezers for those stubborn little hairs that refuse to cooperate. The attention to detail is unmatched. She's also taught me so much about preventing ingrown hairs, which has been a total game changer. I leave every appointment smoother and more educated than when I walked in. Most importantly, I've never felt awkward with her. At this point, I feel more comfortable talking to Desiree than I do at some doctor's appointments. If you've ever been nervous about getting a Brazilian, she's exactly the kind of person you want holding the wax stick. 10/10. My downstairs area and I are both very grateful.

I used another company a few years ago, but their work doesn't even compare to what The Beautiful Stone Co. achieved. The grout, the tile, everything looks incredible. I wish I could share before-and-after photos, but they simply don't do the transformation justice. Derek and Kenzie were exceptional. Efficient, polite, and professional throughout the entire process. They arrived on time, worked quickly, and handled every piece of furniture with care. They cleaned every inch of my floors and somehow managed to put everything back exactly where it belonged. I barely noticed anything had been moved, aside from the dramatically cleaner floors. I'm thrilled with the results and can finally appreciate my beautiful floors the way they deserve to be appreciated. I'll absolutely be recommending Derek, Kenzie, and owner Paul to everyone I know. I was told yesterday by this local franchise that they will not be refunding me and that corporate in Dallas Texas needs to be called. When I called Dallas Texas no one answers and was directed to submit an online request. I did and have not heard back from any person. I have located the local franchise owner and I am sad that my only recourse now is to file a smalls claims case and also file a complaint with the BBB and the State of California for financial fraud. They cannot extract money from my financial institution and then refuse to provide service nor a refund I am guessing this is finial punishment for my review on Yelp. This is very shocking to say the least and supre unprofessional which is right in line with this local franchise. I have been member of EWC for almost 16 years and never before have I experienced anything close to this level of unprofessionalsim and fraudulent and punitive behavior. Its outrageous!
