It was colorful, bright and reeled Dannielle ( my grandbaby) in immediately. Kya (front office ) greeted us with a beautiful smile at 6:40 am. She was very personable, knowledgable and professional. Kya relieved many concerns I had about my 4 year old grandbaby being put under anesthesia. Brittney escorted us to the back where we met Dr. Allen (dentist). Dr. Allen was very engaging, patient and asked if there were any questions. My grandaughter went on to explain what the team would be doing. They appeared to be impressed that she was 4, knew the proposed treatment plan and was ready to get started. Dr. Polk joined us and listened to her explanation. When she mentioned she would be getting a shot, he said " oh she knows". I exclaimed yes full disclosure. He explained the procedure and confirmed her understanding. She smiled and you could see her confidence in the caretakers. He took time was very pleasant and had fun with a silly photo op. After the laughter he gave her an anticipated shot in her shoulder and she was out. I carried her ti the treatment room where they began. X-rays were taken and treatment plan was discussed. A few minutes later Brittney called us to the recovery room. My fears all relieved and it was over. The entire team was wonderful. Because this baby root canal and filling was necessary It could not have been done by a better TEAM! I would highly recommend this team. They ALL were professional, energetic, time conscious and child friendly. Thank you for making this a pleasant memorable experience!
