When I mentioned this yo dr Inglis, he asked me to give his treatment a chance before going with injections since they affect the knee longer term. So glad I followed his suggestion. His treatment has helped me manage my knee pain and continue to dance competitively and perform. Matt has a very analytical approach. He will asses your injuries, your comfortability threshold and put together the perfect group of exercises to match your recovery goals. I recently broke a handful of ribs. doctor stated it will be 4-6 weeks before I should expect the pain to subside and 8weeks before I will be physically able to exert myself. I spoke with Matt week one after injury and although we were obviously unable to move into serious PT he started by focusing solely on reducing inflammation until we were able to dig in. this reduced pain and increased mobility on the front end of recovery and sped up our ability to start my PT regiment without detriment. 3.5 weeks later, I'm walking around as if there was no injury and excited to start moving into more aggressive exercises. the stretching has made me feel 2" taller already.
