Appliances are really old and barely work, AC breaks frequently, the walls are paper thin, people blast music past 11pm, parking is horrible unless you spend $15 to rent a spot, management is always changing- not always for the better, policies are always changing and there's always a problem. You can rent a nice upgraded house for cheaper than you can rent an apartment here. You'd be happier anywhere other than here!

The apartments are very clean, spacious and well maintained. The complex is safe and quiet. Neighbors are pleasant and respectful. The view of the pond is exceptional. For the prices they charge (rent and fees very reasonable) these apartments are an excellent value and probably the best in the area. The management staff is friendly and responsive and maintenance is very prompt. I highly recommend Fishermans Landing and I plan to rent from them again in the future.

The building is well kept, secure, and peaceful. It felt like a luxury hotel with how clean and well decorated it was. Using a fob to scan into the building and having key codes to enter various areas made us feel safe. The layout of the condo was lovely and each room was furnished and decorated tastefully. There were 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The view of the ocean was unbeatable and we were so impressed with everything. The space fit our large family comfortably. The bathrooms, kitchen, and all appliances were functional and met our needs. The pool and hot tub were fantastic! We are already planning on booking again soon. Definitely our new favorite area in Daytona!

By Monday evening, gnats were flying around in every room and there were also ants in the kitchen sink and dead gnats in the refrigerator and freezer. Despite reporting it in person Tuesday morning to Lisa Giacona, with Ocean View Realty, pest control didn't come until Wednesday. Maintenance was only told about the bathroom, not the kitchen--the main issue. The infestation lasted our entire stay, making the kitchen unusable and sleep uncomfortable. Additionally, the unit was not clean on arrival: mildew in the shower, dirty appliances, and musty linens. The condo owner offered only a $250 refund, though we requested $650 (about half our stay), which we feel is more than reasonable given the circumstances. This experience completely ruined our vacation, and we would not recommend staying here. Attached are just a few of the photos and videos taken.

The staff and all of the residents are extremely friendly and helpful especially when we first moved in, in the beginning. We have definitely taken advantage of the many amenities the complex offers, using the grills by the pool with our friends and watching football games. Overall, I've seen a big improvement from when I first moved in over 2 years ago.
