The unit we rented was booked through VRBO. It was a third floor corner unit (highly recommend the corner units), which had a large wrap around balcony with views of the ocean on one side, and views on the the front of the property on the other. The grounds of this property are very well maintained. There are two pools, one in the center courtyard area, and another at the clubhouse. There are multiple bridges through the vegetation leading to the beach. There are several very large rocks on the beach, so the beach is best accessed at low tide. This property has a 24 hour guarded gate at the entrance, and covered parking under the building on the ground level. Overall we enjoyed our stay at this property, and would recommend it in the future.

The amenities are there, but unfortunately, the upkeep seems to be lacking. My husband and I still had an amazing weekend because we made the most of our time together. However, if you are seeking luxury accommodations, you may be disappointed. Our room did not feel fresh at all. It was noticeably musty and dusty, with an odor that honestly reminded me of a dirty sock. We reported the issue three separate times, but unfortunately, our concerns seemed to go unheard. After completing a survey on our final day, I received a call from someone at the front desk. The conversation felt very transactional, and he later called back to offer a $40-per-night refund, which I declined. Compensation was not the reason I expressed my concerns. I had hoped for acknowledgment and reassurance that the issues would be addressed for future guests. Without that, I'm not sure we would return. The quality of the air you breathe is important, and the air in our room did not feel clean or fresh. We could also visibly see what appeared to be mold around the AC units on the 9th floor, where our room was located. For the price, I honestly do not feel it was worth it. We paid over $800 for two nights, and given the condition of the room and the lack of attention to our concerns, the value simply was not there. This property has so much potential because the location, grounds, and views are truly amazing. With better maintenance, cleanliness, and attention to guest concerns, it could be a wonderful destination.

Because ALL MY INSPECTIONS were passing, however, after I moved out I was charged absorbent fees for every day wear and tear. In addition they charged me for carrying over a balance on my water bill. They didn't pay my pay, billed to me in my name, but charged me for it. Becky aka (Mary) is rude and unprofessional. Emailed me someone else's intent to not renew their lease. And the guy that act as their courier for late rent notices, plasters the notice on your door with ALL OF YOUR INFORMATION showing. I keep kindly asked him more than once to not do that. However, he still did it and would show up for inspections hours before scheduled time. Please do your research before doing business with this company. They have their interests for the Owners not the tenant. You pay a fee to renew your lease. At least I did, but my neighbor said they didn't.
