I was charged $1100 for repairs that never existed. They listed one of the things that they charged me with was "duct cleaning". I didn't know I was part of the maintenance team and I religiously changed my A/C filter every month and I do not smoke. I made sure I left the apartment as clean as when I moved in. Also, once you move out management fails to answer your emails, texts, snail mail or telephone calls. Like I said, I had no issues while I lived there but just beware of getting screwed when you decide to move.

They promised to have the apartment cleaned, but then said they are sending someone to "check" the apartment instead of having it cleaned. Do NOT move here. These apartments are very run down and not in good condition at all!

The apartments are very clean, spacious and well maintained. The complex is safe and quiet. Neighbors are pleasant and respectful. The view of the pond is exceptional. For the prices they charge (rent and fees very reasonable) these apartments are an excellent value and probably the best in the area. The management staff is friendly and responsive and maintenance is very prompt. I highly recommend Fishermans Landing and I plan to rent from them again in the future.

Never had any problems in our community which indeed is a community. Everyone is friendly respectful courteous... Management is cherry on top of the ice cream. No exercise gym on property just a tennis court and shared pool. The application process was not up to par. The business practices are unfair and deceptive trade practices, and if you are disabled, over 65, or not who Monica would want (leasing agent) she will let you know she's renting your apartment that you held with a deposit anyway. I have ALWAYS been fortunate enough to own my own home but to have seen such scummy rental practices I feel a duty and an obligation to complain to the BBB along with my bank that is refunding me percent (I put up the deposit).This place should be avoided unless you have no where else to rent from. Luckily for my family member they found an available golf apartment but these representatives wasted over a week of our family's time with double talk, failed performance, and screening that does not correspond with the Fair housing sheet that applicants sign. We had buckling of a couple tiles on our second floor balcony and were expecting a small repair. Turns out the whole balcony was rotten wood, it's a miracle it didn't collapse. Particle board under the tile and improper moisture barrier installed. No pressure treated wood at all and cheap rusted nails. It was so black from mold it looked like there had been a fire. Don't walk. RUN and don't look back.
