Everyone was super friendly, had a great time walking through the pits and looking at the cars before racing started at 6. I was surprised at how many people were there. We used to bracket race in Jacksonville, NC and I would guess they would maybe 20 cars and 100 people there on a busy night. Not sure how many people were there but I would guess at least 200 cars racing and 1000 plus people. Super busy super fun!

I really enjoyed the event. I like how the track was compact, which made the action very intense. The cars only took a few seconds to get around the track. As a Washington Redskin fan,I appreciated the Redskins race car. The announcer did a great job with the commentary. Some of the drivers were young, which was interesting. The on-track competition is amazing too. The highlight is the late model stock cars, Langley has one of the most competitive fields in the country. Nice mix of former national champs and up and coming stars. Some of the best have cut their teeth here, including Denny Hamlin, Jimmie Johnson, Chase Elliott, and so many more. The tickets are really affordable, and so are the concessions. The concession stand's quality is excellent as well. Don't miss the "redneck fries". The track is a great place to bring the kids too. Great track! We came…read morehere to watch the nascar youth quarter midget racing and stayed for the truck race and had a great time. The track offers camping that is close to the entrance. Sites are a good size and people were friendly. They even have a bathroom with showers. Since it was in the 90s during our trip this was a great option. The fan area is right outside the main gate and easy to navigate. They had lots of autograph sessions before the races that weekend. Best part was having pit passes to go behind the scenes during the race. It was a unique experience that created lots of memories.
