What an awesome experience! Once upon a time I believed I would never get a tattoo. But then December 10th, 2023 came and went, taking my very dear friend since middle school with it. I had put down a $100 deposit for a tattoo with the owner, Heather and scheduled the appointment no issues. She ended up cancelling on me more than once. once the day before our appointment and once the day of. She had offered to refund the deposit or reschedule and provide a small credit. I regrettably took the credit and let her know it was ok to hold off on scheduling for now since it seemed like she had a lot going on and it was hard to have to keep rescheduling, plus, my partner and I were frequent customers at the time, so it didn't seem like a big deal. However about two weeks later I ended up reaching out to see if her offer to refund the deposit was still an option and if not, if we could figure out scheduling. I ended up reaching out to her half a dozen times over multiple months to try and follow up and never received any response back. I do understand she was not at all required to refund that deposit and had there been communication I think this would be a different review. I know her staff at the time were very well aware of the situation and had all made comments about how this was unfortunately a common thing they had seen. unfortunately after that experience with the owner, I always warn people about doing business there and caution against it. read more

Had a design in my head for about a year. After a consultation with Nate I showed up for my tattoo appointment. The design he drew was perfect. He worked efficiently, quickly, was easy to talk with. Have you ever met that one person that took 2 to 3 business days to reach back out to you and it makes it impossible to plan anything? That's the evolution tattoo for you. I try to make a plan for getting a tattoo this week, they said they have an opening on Thursday morning, and which was two days before and when I said I want to do it, I never heard back. And when I tried to call nothing. So steer clear! There are plenty of other tattoo shops that can do a better job at communicating. read more

I was referred by a friend to check this shop out. Heather and her husbands work looked amazingly flawless and I LOVED their line and letter work. I did the email appointment and quote everything turned out EXACTLY how I envisioned my tattoo to be. They listen to what you would like to change or have fixed. Heather was my artist, she's so sweet and very quick I feel like! She also fixed one of my other smaller tattoos. I 100% recommend this studio to anyone. Well was good at first , until the tattoo artist was hung over and went to deep into my tattoo. Took about two months to heal. The owner made it right by giving me money back well after I asked for it back. She opened up the shop to me to fix it but we couldn't because it wasn't fixed. She told me to get ahold of her and we could work a Sunday out but when I did she couldn't do sundays anymore and blocked me from contacting her. Disappointed not how you do business. read more

I definitely agree with previous reviews. Heather is great! I had never had a tattoo done before. I thought long and hard about the design that I wanted and took it in to Kent who made the appointment with Heather. I wasn't stuck with my design because I appreciate the fact that tattoo artists are indeed, artists. But when Kent said that they would do it and when Heather looked at the design and said that there would be no problem doing it, I was thankful and it was refreshing because I had been into another tattoo shop and was told that they wouldn't do the design or any variation of it. Having not had a tattoo done before, Heather put me at ease. It didn't hurt as much as I thought it would and it was over before I knew it. I'm already thinking about my next tattoo and I will definitely return again. read more

I had two small tattoos done by Kent a few years back and called him as soon as another artist totally screwed up my arm. I had literally resolved to getting it removed if Kent wasn't up for the challenge of the cover up, but he was! We booked a whole day and I mustered through the pain to get a sense of relief and complete excitement for what we are accomplishing. We have already taken it way farther than I'd anticipated and I couldn't be happier. Booked another day for a few months out and can't wait. Finally found someone I can give all my money to happily!
