First timer here! I have never tried hot yoga before and I…read moremust say I had my doubts about the class. Located in a small complex by Kohl, you will find this hidden gem. There is plenty of parking so no need to worry about that! If you will see a big "Yoga" sign above you are at the right place. When you come in, you will be greeted by your instructor/the receptionist. With that said, sometimes, if you call during the class, the instructor may not be available to answer the phone. If you need a mat, you can rent one along with a towel as well. Otherwise, you are welcome to bring in your own mat and towels. What to bring: Yoga mat Towel to go on top of your yoga mat Water/electrolytes drink ( if you are inclined to shower after the class they have showers available too!) Tip: Don't be late! Once the class is in session, the front doors are locked. Even though the heat is evenly distributed throughout the room, I was told that if you are closer to the window, you will get a little less heat on that side . Yoga etiquette: Find a spot in the room, where you can see yourself in the mirror, but do not block anybody behind you. No talking during the class. Do not leave the class early. If you're a beginner like me, you will enjoy taking Amanda's class ! She goes through the class step by step and is very clear about each yoga move/position. I'm so glad to have taken my first Hot Yoga class with her. I will definitely be back to take more of her classes!

What a healing atmosphere and experience just walking in!…read more I was greeted warmly by the receptionist and it felt like we were already best friends. Such a high quality of care from the start of my experience. She let me explore quietly as the other class finished and its truly a tranquil space. There is tea and water as well as a long conference table you can viist with others at. There is a large outdoor space with lots of seating and tables. The session I had was so rejuvenation- I felt honestly so healed by my Yin Yoga session, I felt centered and cared about by the instructor. The classes are small and you feel seen and heard. Everyone was healing in this class and one lady even took a little snooze and the instructor covered her with a blanket. She must have needed it and felt like it was safe to do so. My review…read moreaddresses the decrease in front desk staffing, cleanliness, and studio politeness at the Fair Oaks facility. All have gone increasing downhill in the last year. I attend classes 3 - 4 times per week and on a Friday I'll have noticed debris on the floors and reformers that was there on the Wednesday. There's been a reduction in front desk staff and also lack of professionalism when they are there. It's a small studio and out of politeness for other patrons many of us wait to enter until the ending class exits. It's a small thing but doing so ensures that no one is trampled by entering and exiting. Waiting is not a hardship, though some may feel it is, they are in the minority. Please Club Pilates bring back sufficient help to run this studio effectively.
