After explaining all the things we had tried, the technician told me he would call me back as soon as he had a time slot available, and would come by. Within two hours, I had a phone call telling me he could make a house call in 15 minutes. Brendan arrived promptly and assessed the furnace. He indicated he would need to step out to pick up a part, but that he would be back within the hour to repair it. And he was absolutely true to his word. The entire repair, from assessment to clean up, took less than two hours, and our furnace was back up and running. There aren't many repair places you can call who will send a service tech out the same day, and actually fix the problem same day. We were extremely pleased with their professionalism, and their timeliness. I would not hesitate to recommend them!

It finally turned into an iceberg in mid-November during the cold snap (reversing valve sensor inop). It took a couple visits to diagnose, acquire parts, and fix all the issues, and Doug's team kept us updated on progress throughout. However, the best part was when James asked if the unit was still under warranty. We checked and it was, with only two weeks remaining on the covered period! So all the parts were covered and the work was completed before the deadline. Considering how much time they spent I was very pleased with the final bill.
