Before committing, I asked for a written out-the-door breakdown from the advertised price. They provided a clear breakdown of fees, and we negotiated the final OTD number upfront. When I arrived, the price matched exactly what we agreed to -- no last-minute add-ons or surprises. As with any vehicle purchase, doing your homework and clarifying the full out-the-door price upfront makes all the difference to avoid issues. Charlie and the team were professional and thorough. They took the time to explain the moped's operation to my wife and me and even suggested having our daughter try helmets on locally to ensure proper fit rather than just selling us one on the spot. Despite selling much higher-end motorcycles and ATVs, they gave us full attention on a smaller purchase. On a Friday near closing, Charlie's team helped us assemble a hitch carrier on-the-fly when our ramp setup didn't work. They also followed up a few days later to make sure everything went smoothly. We negotiated fairly, the transaction was transparent, and the scooter was exactly as represented. Based on our experience, I would absolutely purchase from them again.

Don't go here for repairs. I had a nightmare experience. The owner comes across as a friendly…read moreguy, and i'm sure he is, but this scenario would tick off any customer: It took him two weeks to admit he could not do a job, and he ruined an expensive part, for which I was not refunded. He fully refunded me $89 in labor charges for a botched tire replacement on my motorcycle, but the process was very frustrating, took four visits, and he damaged the rim. I lost $217.32 on the transaction, and two weeks of use of my bike. For what was a simple tire replacement. I had to schedule two weeks ahead. He popped two tubes and had to order more online. He left a voicemail complaining about the amount of time he spent "on this fucking bike." He attempted to return the bike to me with a lop-sided seated tire. Meaning he didn't even test ride it. I got over 25 mph and it felt like the tire was square, and went back to the shop irritated. He kept it another week and never called me. I returned and took back the bike, still not fixed. I understand this was a smaller, foreign motorcycle but it's a simple job. A Yamaha XT250 is one of the most basic bikes in existence. He blamed the brand new tire, the tire size, the tire seller. I'm currently riding on it, and it's fine. The second shop completed the job in less than one hour, but only after discovering that he had chipped and bent the rim trying to seat the tire by pounding on it and wedging screw drivers into it. I had to replace the rim. It showed his tool marks. Which is why I'm extremely ticked off. Save your time, go into Salisbury for bike work. This guy is a hobbyist retailer with a beach dreams, more than an experienced mechanic. Buy stickers here. Buy a T shirt. Have a biker wedding. Go elsewhere for any repairs.

Im not saying it isn't required and not saying they are more expensive than any motorcycle dealers but I think my riding days are soon over. Can't justify cost like these for a bike I ride a few times a year. As far as a review I guess Im just pissed that I scheduled what I thought was an oil change and wound up having to do more than expected. I drove 1-1/2 hours to get here because I trust their mechanic. They could have told me on the phone that I was due for more work. I would have done the service myself for that much money. They quoted me $702 total . When I went to check out $769. Im done with this business

Quite literally stole my money and time…read more Why would an "authorized" Seadoo facility REFUSE to do simple work? Billed over 380.00 to review my two Seadoos then determined they would sell me the parts, but wouldn't do any work (despite having the Seadoos for two weeks) because it might harm their reputation because of their age and would not be able to guarantee the work. But get this...tested them, but didn't actually put in new batteries for the test...hmmmmm. Said I needed a starter, but really just a voltage regulator. Needed a DESS post...nope just a key. Wouldn't even do a carb cleaning but DID PUT IN SPARK PLUGS. However, the "authorized" Seadoo. Dealer put in the wrong plugs, but charged my 28.00 nonetheless. This place was beyond useless and the service tech was condescending as he said I forced him to look at it and he was doing my a favor. I need less friends like this and more like Lacey Performance that fixed both of my Seadoos in under 4 hours. Waste of money and time. I would Love to hear from the owner as I was told he was unavailable on a Saturday morning (July 20, 2024) to speak to me.
