And while I love the amount of the product they have, the service while attentive isn't as knowledgeable as I would like. Mind you I should probably walk into the store knowing what kind of hair I need, but shouldn't they know as well? Because on this particular visit, I didn't know what I needed and was unable to get the full clarification I wanted. Buuuut.... the associate was very sweet and kind and was willing to walk with me to figure out what It is I was looking for and learn. So that's definitely a huge plus for me. And not only did she allow me to feel the hair to make sure I was buying what I truly wanted, she carried the packs of hair for me to the front cashier. That was going above and beyond. So while she didn't know at first, I can assure you she does now. So that only makes them that much better of a store. This is why they received the 5 stars they did.
