My initial phone call before coming in I was told they would guarantee diagnose the issue for a $45 fee, and no additional servicing was required after the diagnosis. I show up to the store promptly after and talk to the nice guys over there and I'm told they will get back to me on the issue within a day or two, and they did. A day or two later I was told there was nothing wrong with my drive and my computer did boot (which I already knew it booted but was absurdly slow). But I am told they ran tests on my drive and nothing came up and they came to the conclusion that my windows was corrupt and I simply needed to reinstall. I felt so relieved that I didn't have to worry about installing a new drive, so I procrastinated picking it up and I guess waited too long as I came home and reinstalled windows two times and wiped my drive as well, still to have my computer crash every so often and run super slow I paid a $45 diagnosis fee for something I had already thought to be true but wanted to make sure was correct, but instead was given little info on what they had done other than booted the computer and "tested the drive". I have not checked for bad sectors on the last drive, but I can assume that they ran no in-depth tests and instead just saw it boot and blue screen to tell me that windows was corrupted. TLDR: thought my hard drive was broken, but went to shop for reassurance, was told my hard drive was completely intact and I should just reinstall windows, then paid $45 for essentially the completely wrong diagnosis.

However I know them as a family run package facility that closes before people get off work. Bayou Park apartments own management was too lazy to deal with their own residents packages, and gave the service to a third party and slapped a $28 service charge on it. For that fee, you are so luck that they will write your apartment number on all sides of the box, before they go home. That they do at 6pm during weekdays and 2pm on weekends. Not sure of any other concierge service that have the guts to charge you and go home before you get off work. No packages are allowed in to the apartment complex, nor do they deliver your packages to you, you must out of the front gate to get your own stuff. The place appears to be run by a family, and you can't opt out of the monthly charge. Bring your kids to work day, is several times a week. Very professional. Nor is there any extended opening hours. Ever. Nor does the building complex care about the system, other then to say that they have nothing to do with it. Automated service anyone?! For that monthly fee a solution where we use our gate key to access the packages 24/7 should have been in place. If we get to touch the laptop to sign.
