I was so fortunate that I called Imagine Audio. They worked with me to find a reliable/reasonably priced OEM manufacturer for the camera (I didn't want to buy used or some cheap knockoff). After 1.5 years the power amp went out and had to be sent back to the factory. A year later the subwoofer quits. I went back again, they played with some wires and it worked when I left. A month later the sub quit again. Frustrated and very busy I did not return to this store. Drove without my sub until I found a great store in Ewing NJ. They inspected the system and immediately asked me where I had it done and that the power amp should NEVER have been installed under the drivers seat in the mustang. They showed me frayed wires that led to shorting out the sub. The. Wires grayed from the movement of the drivers seat over the years. End of story is $1200 later I have the power amp relocated and the sub replaced. Sadly, this store lost a good customer...so BE WARE work can be shoddy!

Broke a lug nut off by using an impact gun to take off locking lugnuts. Went to pick up truck. They mounted rear tires. Never balanced them. Alignment wasn't even done properly. Pulls to left. And tires still aren't straight. Now taking it to a different shop. They tried to make me pay for drill bits and a drill they had to use to drill out stud. Shop and owner do not know what they are doing. Also after the finally finished my truck. I got my truck and keys. My key fob for my truck is broking. Now have to spend $300 for a new key fob. WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.​
