I had a very disappointing experience with this cleaning company and would not recommend them. They failed to arrive on the day they had explicitly promised, and what made the situation worse was that no one bothered to inform me in advance. I was left waiting and had arranged my schedule around their appointment, which was extremely frustrating and unprofessional.
When I tried to follow up, the staff I spoke with were rude, dismissive, and showed no sense of accountability or apology for the inconvenience caused. Instead of trying to resolve the issue or communicate properly, they came across as uninterested and unprofessional.
