I was left waiting and had arranged my schedule around their appointment, which was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. When I tried to follow up, the staff I spoke with were rude, dismissive, and showed no sense of accountability or apology for the inconvenience caused. Instead of trying to resolve the issue or communicate properly, they came across as uninterested and unprofessional. Reliable communication and basic customer service are essential for a cleaning company, and unfortunately this business failed on both counts. Overall, it was a poor experience and not worth the time or stress.
