It was an unmitigated disaster. The cleaner turned up late, very late, had little if any grasp of English, apart from being very competent at demanding to be paid. Her cleaning skills were basic at best, she was unable to perform even the most basic tasks, but was quite happy to spend most of the time on her phone. I won't mention the massive scratches left on a coffee table, the mess on the floor, and the attempt at ironing, but you get the idea. I can not believe the reviews on here are true, having looked at it again, seems really convenient that they get one bad review and then all of a sudden ten positive ones follow.... Happily the newsagent local to my Mum was able to recommend a local company who have been absolutely amazing - case of alls well that ends well I guess
