The cleaning team came late and were rude because and did not properly clean several places - refrigerator interior, the countertops, mirrors and surfaces not dusted, rubbish left. After contacting the main office (Steve) with complaints the same day, we were told that our request for a partial refund would be passed on. After having to contact the company again 3 more times with no response (6 weeks), another representative (Emily) finally responded offering nothing since I cleaned the uncleaned areas myself. They did not offer to come back in the future at a discount. We will not use their service again. NOTE: They are now using the name Best Home Cleaning but we paid our bill to a company called "Icleaner LTD". Their emails also have the name Professional Cleaners London.
