Worst service ever. We booked a end-of-tenancy cleaning (160£ for a 50 square meter flat) and they…read moredid not finish the job. They did not clean our small balcony neither the winter garden. They stated that it was an extra service. I was never asked about if we had a balcony while booking the service or when the cleaner came home to "do" the work. We asked them to call us when they finished, but they didn't. We came some hours later to find that the flat was left open and nobody was there. On top of that and for our surprise, they left their garbage bag hidden inside a closet!!! When we called them to complain about the situation, they were confrontative and did not take responsibility. They pretended to charge for this "extra" balcony cleaning service 40£ more. We end up booking another company services to stop this SCAM. Please refrain from booking their services. They are scammers and bullies.

We employed the services of this company for an 'after builders clean'. The property was not…read moresufficiently cleaned, air vents were dusty, blinds were dirty, light switches had not been cleaned and kitchen cupboards were dirty. Objects were found under the sofa and underneath the bed and bedside cabinets were sticky and dirty. I did not feel the property look like it had been freshly cleaned at all. The flooring had footprints on it and generally looked unclean. This property is a rental property and so it is not always possible to visit often. I contacted the company to advise of my dissatisfaction 9 days after the clean, but was told as I was outside of the 7 day guarantee that they could not deal with my query. I now have to employ a new cleaning company to clean again at an additional cost.
