There was a short period of time (maybe a month or two) where they were apologetically short staffed and training new people at which point they asked me to give them slightly more advanced notice for COI documents. This was not a big deal I just had to plan ahead a bit more than usual. But I have noticed since then they are extremely fast at getting me documents ASAP and very responsive as they always have been. Would recommend!

After a very small misunderstanding about me trying to add another car to my policy, I called back to clarify and Ann started by being upset and blaming me for the mix up that literally took 1 minute to slove. She gave me the worst attitude for absolutely no reason and got loud with me. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN. AND DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO DEAL WITH HER OR HER OFFICE IN THE FUTURE. Any other insurance office will be super glad to take my money.
