I'm not one to bad mouth anyone or their job....well maybe a little. But in all seriousness I was looking for a local tattoo artist to do a tattoo. Well got a lot of recommendations for Evil Ink and one particular tattoo guy. Well after talking with him and seeing his work I said ok. Put down a deposit so he could " work on something for me" this was in January we are now in March and after the bullshit run around this guy gave me and yet posting all these other tattoos he is doing and putting " message me for your next tattoo " it's like a slap in the face. Went in on a Saturday night at 8:00 pm was told to come back in an hour and a half as all artists were busy. Went back in 30 minutes later to just sit in the shop and wait and saw 3 artists sitting there. A guy asked me what I needed and I told him, he looked at what I wanted tattooed and said he had a headache and the shop was about to close. There was still an hour until closing time, I'd understand if it was closer to closing! Rude customer service and they lost my business! read more

Was charged $1,300 for a tattoo that took a total of 5 hours... the level of difficulty was average and the artist was also average. This is not even close to average market value for a tattoo especially given the level of difficulty in the tattoo. DO NOT GO TO EVIL INK THEY WILL OVERCHARGE YOU!!! read more

My boyfriend and I went in to have our names tattooed on our fingers. The ink started coming off within a couple of weeks. The artist did say we would probably need to come back for a touch up, but when we did 6 months later....he told us he was going to charge us again and didnt really have time to do it then anyways. And never tried to schedule a touch up. Lovely guy. Ive had a huge mermaid put on by another artist there and he did a great job! S I guess it depends on the artist. read more

I would like to start out with I have been getting piercings for years, I just moved to Odessa and I was looking for a new piercing artist, I decided to take a chance on Evil Ink. I came in today and saw Will, which i saw a few decent reviews about....Let me just tell you, this was the absolute worst piercing experience I have ever had. Not ONLY did he pierce without telling me when he was going to start, he didn't even ask me if I liked the placement before he started, I walked in sat down he asked what side i wanted pierced then proceeded to just take the needle to my nose. Wasn't asked what jewelry I would like or prefer, didn't take the time to make sure I liked it. All that was said was "are you paying cash or card? If cash you have to pull money out at the ATM up front" and that was that. I had to go to another piercing shop to get it redone because it was just appalling on how terrible of a job he did. He definitely does NOT enjoy his job nor care what kind of work he does. NEVER SEE WILL. Go somewhere else!!! read more
