He explained the issues being much more related to the antiquated nature of my circuitry rather than some deep problem that needed some cutting into the dry wall or replacing something. He fixed the faulty wires and showed us what the issues were and how to adjust it again if it kept happening. All and all it cost us $200 plus tax, and nothing more. The only minor problem I have looking back at the experience is that the light has started to flicker again and I will have to get back in there and do what he said to fix it. He tracked all my wires in the wall and found issue. His prices are reasonable and his work is excellent. This past weekend we needed an outlet added to our garage so I called Josiah again and he came out and added the outlet in our garage for $250.
