Nicely topped my greens, spinach and kale with an abundance of goodies. Went to get my oil and vinegar (not a fan of bottled dressings) and the olive oil container was empty. Asked no less than FOUR staff to refill the olive oil (all said we have no more) until the final 5th got the olive oil refilled but didn't tell me. Another customer told me it was refilled. WHAT? No way is this acceptable in any world. Honestly, I don't know why this place has 4 stars. Must not be for the food bar. Oh, and containers are all thin flimsy cardboard even for the salads and wet food. Ugh!! I was able to convince the sushi guy to give me a plastic liquid-proof container, hence the 1 star. I'm so glad I took the recommendation. First and foremost, downtown Miami is nothing like it was over 10 years ago. The transformation is incredible. The skyline is filled with stunning high-rise buildings, beautiful hotels, clean streets, and the entire area feels modern, upscale, and safe. It's immaculate and a completely different vibe from South Beach. After visiting, I can honestly say my next trip to Miami will likely be centered around Brickell instead. As for Brickell City Centre itself, it's an impressive, world-class shopping destination. The mall is beautifully designed, spotless, and home to just about every luxury and popular retail brand you can think of. The selection of shops and restaurants is excellent. Most of the dining options are located on the upper level, although you'll find additional restaurants scattered throughout the mall. The open-air design, connected by escalators, makes it easy to navigate, and there's even a movie theater on the top floor. The center is divided into the East and North Blocks, which are well connected. My only complaint was getting an Uber after my visit. Finding the mall was easy, but getting picked up was another story. I waited over 15 minutes because the app repeatedly directed my driver to a different pickup location. I was standing outside the East Block near the Nespresso boutique, yet my driver kept being routed toward the North Block near Bally. If you're planning to use Uber or Lyft, allow yourself some extra time and double-check the designated pickup location before requesting your ride. Other than that minor inconvenience, Brickell City Centre exceeded my expectations and was one of the highlights of my trip to Miami.

The center offers a good mix of shopping including clothing stores and beauty retailers. I am not sure about the restaurants and cafes, since I have not explored the whole mall. I did see a restaurant, Starbucks, and a boba shop that I visited. I visited several stores during my trip, and overall, the service was friendly and welcoming. Dior stood out in particular, as the staff were attentive, offered samples, and created a more engaging shopping experience. The other stores I visited were also pleasant and accommodating. Overall, it's a cool place to walk around, shop, and hangout for a day.

It was until recently the stuff of nostalgia, but now recently renovated back to its original glory! The lovely waterfalls flow again, the restaurants are a mix of local top notch and trendy establishments, the clothiers are aplenty, the gaming establishment is super fun and all inclusive, cool coffee shop Mr Bean, high end beauty salons, plenty of fun treat/ice cream shops, a good true classic department store Macys, fun sports bar, kids rides and play area, luxury gym...and even the movie theater is tops as a luxury cinema again. Parking is plentiful and the garage is FREE! Wifi is available around. What more could you ask for? Now I want to go hang out there again. The Falls is baaaack, baby! Def, Check it out on a free day. The whole place has a peaceful vibe, especially with the waterfalls running throughout the mall, it just makes the experience feel relaxing and different from your typical shopping center. There are plenty of restaurant options, so it's perfect if you're planning to spend the whole day shopping and grabbing food. I also love that there's a movie theater that's been there for years, it gives it that classic Miami feel. It's located near Pinecrest and right next to Life Time Fitness, which makes it super convenient. Definitely recommend if you're in the area and want a nice, chill place to shop, eat, and unwind. The coffee was incredible, the food was perfection, and the staff were unbelievably kind and welcoming. Everything tasted so fresh and flavorful. It honestly felt like it had been grown in someone's backyard garden. I had the tuna salad with seven-minute eggs (amazing), and my son got the breakfast sandwich... which my husband claimed he didn't want until he took one bite and immediately wanted to come back before we flew home. On our second visit, they had sold out of the brioche bun for the sandwich and we were so disappointed but one of the staff members (owner, manager, or actual angel) overheard me talking to my husband and offered to make it on different bread. They went completely above and beyond, and the sandwich was still unbelievable. Amazing food, amazing coffee, and customer service that truly made us feel cared for. It's Vibe is European Cafe mixed with West house coffee houses while still honoring Miami's ventanita sensibility. I walked from our Midtown condo right at opening just to get a cup (large please) of latte with their housemade vanilla. 90% of the time my coffees come out way too sweet and this morning' cup actually had a perfect balance to it. I was their first customer and announced that walking in and was greeted by Ava and Andre "the giant" (she self proclaimed) with two welcoming smiles I didn't try any of their pastries or pressed sandwiches but they serve those as well. My overall score is 4.4 and definitely recommend this place as a stop if you're in Coconut Grove for a few days
