Even when the case is empty, they usually have what you are after in the back. In those cases, there may be a little wait while they finish preparing/frosting the cakes, but it is never too long. The cakes themselves are always on point. My absolute favorite is the lemon, with the Oreo being a close second! The store is small, but always well laid out and clean. Let me start by saying the product is always excellent and consistent at every store, the Newnan store included. However, on this one, I ordered a cake and paid extra for a customized message card. Got the cake to the car, realized the message card was missing and went back in. The young woman working there, who was friendly, asked for my order number, which I gave her, and then went into the back, scribbled the message on a card with a fat sharpie and even spelled the acronym wrong. She came back out and just handed it to me. No stick to insert it into the card, didn't put it on. It looked like a hot mess. I almost asked her to just give me a blank card so I could re-do it myself but she promptly got busy cleaning the floors as it was almost time to close. I just accepted it and had to undo their packaging, poke a hole in the card myself, add it to the top, and re-tie the ribbon. For the price of these cakes, especially the double tier one that I had purchased, they need to pay more attention to the details of the order and a little more care in how they write the cards. I understand that when you're trying to close up the shop, you want to get done and get out, but they also need to take the time to do it properly when it was their oversight to begin with. Won't order from this shop again. If you do order, be sure to double check that your order is correct before walking out.
