This is the most amazing gym I have ever set foot in. It's pretty much changed my life. Not a word of a lie. No exaggerations. The entire staff is friendly, helpful and really takes the time to help people with whatever they need. The gym itself is new, clean and has an open layout. Luxury amenities. Awesome new equipment. Great jams too! Never any boring satellite radio pop music on repeat. I'm somebody that prefers to have some 1-on-1 help or go to classes vs. just going to the gym and being left to my own devices. The Club's bagillion class options and amazing trainers make that possible. It's worth every single penny. I'm SOOO much more motivated to work out on a regular basis since I found The Club. I will be forever grateful to the friend who told me about it! Also, the juice bar is delicious! I've never had a "green" smoothie or juice that I actually liked until I tried some samples. It's a little on the pricy side though. read more

This is absolutely the best gym I've been to. Even though I've only been a member for a week now, I'm obsessed. They're conveniently located right by my office and have a large variety of classes to choose from, which are mostly 30 minutes long, so you can jump one class to the next or get a quick workout in during your lunch break. Every class I've attended so far has been insane... and I can't get enough of it! The staff is very friendly and helpful, which is wonderful seeing as this is the first boxing gym I've stepped foot in. If you're thinking of joining- I suggest doing so!! read more

Every time I take a class here I come out feeling like a lean, mean, fighting machine! OK, maybe not so much on that last part but I definitely feel much more badass after an hour of high intensity cardio that includes punching bags. The gym is clean, sleek, and modern and offers a ton of classes ranging from boxing, spin, yoga, and even machinery for independent workouts. So far, a favorite of mine has been Bags + Beats, which incorporates boxing combos and toning exercises to music (of the instructor's choice) into 10 rounds, with each round matching the length of a song. I don't even really feel like I'm working out when I take the class -- it's that fun! The gym also provides gloves and wraps for those who don't have any, but after a class or two here you'll be running to get your own pair -- not just because sharing such a sweaty item can be kinda gross, but because you'll want to keep coming back for more! read more

I was visiting Boston for the weekend and had a very early arrival. I wasnt sure if there would be anything open for something to do but fortunately this place was and it was the best choice to make. Being a first timer made it even better because my class was free. I chose the Train 360 composed of multiple high intensity stations. It was an amazing workout I really enjoyed getting to try out multiple gear like the dumbbells, ropes, the boxing bags and the suspension training. If I were able to come back I'd definetly want to learn how to to box in the ring with all the techniques. Also the locker rooms were very comfortable and above average. Please add a location to California! read more

Absolutely addicted to this gym! The trainers are amazing, the classes are perfect and have already seen great results! I love the open and social atmosphere and there are so many different workouts offered. The trainers push hard but are also very motivating and always willing to help. Love the high five your trainer program! My goal is to get in the ring during sparring saturdays someday. Good luck in Dave's Fighters Core :) read more

Another class that I took via classpass and so glad I did! The location is about a ten-minute walk from the Broadway station, very easy to find! I came in and was impressed with how badass the gym looked. Two boxing rings in the middle of the floor with different stations around it and other rooms on the side and an upstairs with locker rooms and a juice bar. My only negative of the day was the check in. I came in and checked in and they wanted me to sign a waiver but they were having issues with the iPad and they finally got it working and I was able to sign, however, it was late that the class had already started. I rushed to put my stuff away in the locker rooms, find some gloves, and get into the class. Since I was late I had missed the warms up and I was a bit lost in what I was doing because I have never boxed before. I still worked up a good sweat with the boxing portion but I'm not sure if I was doing it correctly and the class was pretty full for me to ask the instructor. After the boxing portion, we went to the main room. During this portion of the workout, we had several stations to get through which included trx, kettlebells, floor exercises, row machines, ropes, etc. It was hard but great! The class was so great that I'm even thinking about buying my own pair of boxing gloves! I'm sure I'll update my review to be 5 stars but for now given the check in process and being lost during the boxing session, I knocked off a star. read more

The work out and regiment is unbelievable. I used to be a college athlete and once I graduated I fell off the horse and really didn't get back on until this club opened. I joined as one of the first 500 and ever since co-workers & friends just keep joining. The Club's facilities are unreal and beyond any gym I've ever seen. But that's not what makes the experience incredible. It's all about the trainers and the people that fill this club. I've never met a group of trainers so focused on wanting to help you learn and exceed your expectations and goals. I've lost 20+ lbs since I started and I'm back at my college weight. I've never felt better and I'm 100% addicted to everything from the workouts, to sparring, to learning more and more about the history and technique behind the boxing world. The workout can't be beat and I wake up excited for a 6am work out. Did you just read that? A 6AM workout! I used to dread having to put in so much work but this staff and the classes have truly made this a playground for me and if I could I'd be there all day, I would. They will take Boston by storm and every single person I've met and talked to who has worked out here, can't get enough. Kudos and thank you so much George, AJ, Dave and the rest of the team for bringing such an awesome experience to Boston. read more

The reason I switch from just using ClassPass to a full membership at EBF seaport was Kevin Cobbs Bags & Body class. If you want a workout that shows results, pushes you, and makes you want to come back, would highly recommend Kevin's classes! Unlike other gyms, there are isn't typically a long wait list to get in to classes. Worth every $$! read more

I'm obsessed with EBF. First, every single trainer I have interacted with here has been so incredibly friendly and dedicated to their craft. They do not hesitate to take time before, during and after class to show you proper technique or to work through a drill and it is appreciated. The locker rooms have good amenities and the facility is clean and fun. Highly recommend this gym to everyone. It's not only boxing- you've got yoga, tread classes, rowing- the list goes on and on. This facility also has a juice bar located upstairs. read more

Great modern gym with a juice bar! The locker room up stairs has towels, razors, and shampoo for showering. There was also a steam room and sauna that I wish I took advantage of when I was inside. Had a great trainfit circuit session with George Foreman himself! I thoroughly enjoyed the different exercises we did during the course of the workout. By the end of the workout, I was completely exhausted-- exactly what I wanted! If you live close by, I would definitely check out this gym! read more

Great road class with Steph!! Hard workout, fun music and good vibes! Very engaged and upbeat, would recommend this class to anyone looking to break a sweat! Worth every penny. read more

LOVE this gym!!! It's like the equinox of boxing ‍ with bathrooms kept clean at all times, showers, face wash, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryers, full length mirrors, easy to use lockers, plenty of fresh towels, ugh it's just so easy to come here and head to work right after. The classes are insane, I've never sweat so much from anything really and even though I only come here on arm day it's definitely a full body workout whether you do the bagsxbody or training classes. I'm excited to give mitwork a go here. Prior to this I was training at the ring boxing, which was also pretty excellent in terms of training (they do their numbers a little differently which was tricky to switch from), but the amenities don't touch what is available at ELB. For that reason I'm going with EBL... plus getting a delicious protein shake after is just too easy with it being right upstairs. Love this place. read more

After joining The Club, I no longer dread going to the gym even on my worst days. In fact, I look forward to it every single day, and I am genuinely disappointed on the days I can't make it. I've belonged to two other boxing gyms before this one, and while I really liked those gyms a lot, I am in love with this one. All three gyms were great at pushing you to your limits, but only this gym takes the time to teach you how to do each exercise the right way. I literally learn something new in every class. All of the trainers are extremely knowledgeable and friendly, but they each have their own unique styles which helps keep things fun and challenging. My girlfriend's favorite trainers are Patrick and Nick. My favorites are Kelly and Cassie, and if I'm feeling masochistic I'll take one of David's classes. There is definitely something for everyone at this gym! read more

Beautiful boxing gym and super clean as boxing gyms go. Came for the Train 360 class which is a terrific workout - a circuit through 10 stations including (on the day I came) 4 boxing stations, 2 cardio stations and 4 HIIT stations. As a newbie, I had a little trouble following along but relied on the others on my team. There were no form corrections on boxing or kettlebells/squats which could be improved. read more

Hi, Everybody Fights is a wonderful gym with dedicated staff from the front desk to the trainers. Sophia is an amazing host as she is very helpful, friendly and goes the extra mile to help everyone that comes in. The establishment is very clean and has lockers for your stuff. The trainers are amazing and constantly giving you advice on technique and pushing you to the limit. read more

I have been to two other boxing gyms in and around Boston and The Club is by far, the best around. At the core of the Club is the "box-fit" class, a circuit workout meant to challenge you physically and mentally. It is perfect for people from all different fitness levels; whether you are training for an upcoming fight or just looking to get into shape, the box fit classes can help you accomplish your goals. The Club also offers yoga, Pilates, and a variety of other classes. What separates The Club from other gyms in the area is their staff and the facility. The trainers are top-notch and genuinely care about the members. They are full of energy and will do everything in their power to help you reach your goals. Each trainer has an area of expertise, so whether you are looking for boxing instruction or yoga work, there will be someone there who can help you. The facility is unbelievable and only helps to enhance the experience. In addition to the box-fit stations, there are two rings, dozens of heavy bags, speed bags, double-end bags and a weight area. The locker rooms compare nicely to hotels, providing luxury steam rooms, saunas, showers and even provide q-tips and razors. The Club can also assist people who are looking to get into competitive boxing. In addition to George, there are other staff members who have the background and knowledge to help you compete at the amateur or professional level. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone who is looking to get into shape, box competitively, or looking to try a new workout experience. read more

It's hard to nail down one specific thing about The Club by George Foreman III that makes it such an amazing and unique gym. The space. The people. The vibe. The whole package really makes this place over-the-top. The Club is a gym for everyone, no matter your fitness level, age, or goals. Everyone who steps in the door is treated with respect and welcomed as a member of the family. It is definitely not a gym of posers or meatheads, but that's not to say that there aren't lots of people who are serious about fitness....there certainly are, but it is not an intimidating atmosphere at all. It really says something when you often find several middle-age women on the weight floor or boxing right next to 20yr guys. Yes, boxing is a focus here, but it is far from a typical boxing gym. You can be a seasoned boxer, or a complete newbie (like the majority of members are). The focal point of the zillions of classes they offer is a terrific workout call "Box-FIIT". It's a 45 minute, whole body, 10-12 station group circuit class that combines, strength, cardio, and boxing elements, all timed through the big boxing clock on the wall. The class is typically filled with a broad range of people, different ages, backgrounds, fitness levels, yet everyone is working together, getting a great workout in, and having a blast while sweating away. In addition to Box-FIIT, there is a huge variety of classes to suit almost every person and goal. In addition to indoor cycling, yoga and pilates, barre, and the most ridiculous core class you've ever attempted (Dave Bergeron's Fighter's Core), there are boxing focused classes (for all ability levels) that combine boxing technique with cadio, core and even dance. All the classes are fun and intense and incredible workouts. The trainers are incredibly dedicated and professional, yet approachable and personable. They are always available to answer questions or give advice, and they take such a personal vested interest in all members. It doesn't matter who you are, what you do at the gym, or how in shape you are (or aren't), everyone who comes in the door is welcomed sincerely. Usually within a few visits, they great you by name. This sort of atmosphere does wonders for making members feel like The Club is a place they want to come to and be part of. I cannot recommend The Club more highly. Give them a try...you won't regret it. read more

Pre and post Covid,EBF has been a phenomenal experience, I've been going for 16 months now and seen amazing results. Trainers are amazing and engaging at all locations I go to:Seaport, Hilltop and Rockingham. Invest in yourself and try their train classes and you won't regret it read more

I've been taking classes at this gym since it opened and I can't say enough good things about it. The facility and trainers are top notch and the class diversity is great. Have to give a shout out to Kevin Cobbs who really pushes us all to our highest potential. His ten second transitions are killer but in a great way! They keep our mind focused and it helps work the entire body more consistently. If you are questioning that method, let me ask you this. Have you ever seen a boxer throw the same combination for an entire round? The answer is no! So if you want a true boxing experience, take Kevin's class and find your true potential! read more

I only stopped going here because I moved out of southie but this place is the best gym I've ever gone to! It is so inspiring and the classes whip you into amazing shape- I workout typically 3-5 days a week but here you really see your body transform even if you come in in decent shape. You also can't beat the price if you go regularly and choose the full membership. I'll miss you guys read more

Everybody Fights has been one of my favorite gyms in Boston for a few years now. Not only do they have killer classes with boxing workouts, but they've created a really supportive community out of their trainers and clientele. The equipment is in great condition and they are constantly trying to improve and make the most of the space and the classes (the new boxing room is sooo much better for bags classes!). Love it here! read more

I've been going to The Club since it opened earlier this year and I have to say I love it. I can get whatever type of workout I am looking for whether its boxing, yoga, spin, or even just go for a run- it's here. I've been to multiple gyms in the Boston area and the trouble I was having was that I needed a place that had a variety of different classes yet ones I knew I could get the best workout. What I love is that no matter what class I go into the teacher is so knowledgeable and will ensure that each person in the class has the correct form in order not to injury and enhance your workout. And even when you aren't in a class each trainer at the gym is always willing to help. But don't let their kindness fool you- once you get into a class they will make sure you work! read more

I joined the gym when it initially opened, George and Dave had come to talk to our Company and a bunch of employees were joining, it seemed like a great concept, but it wasn't built yet and I was skeptical of the price, since my current membership at Gold's Gym was more affordable. The Club is and definitely has been worth every penny though and I am so thankful I decided to switch. It transforms the way I work out and the way I think about going to the gym. I go nearly every day now. The trainers are always around, super friendly and helpful and multiple classes are offered throughout the day, even more often during peak times. The gym was totally worth the wait, I highly suggest anyone coming into the area, thinking of starting a new workout routine, creating healthy habits in a very positive environment, the Club is where you need to be. I may be moving soon and one of my cons was moving away from the gym...yes, it is THAT good. They have a motto at the gym: Everybody Fights: What do you fight for? It is that attitude and enthusiasm that keeps me coming back, plus being in the best shape post college doesn't hurt much either. Shout out to Kelly Brabants Booty Class - Mon/Wed/Sat - Never sweat so much in my life, best workouts I've had in a long time. I fight for my happiness, health and transforming my habits - what do you fight for? read more

The Club if it was just a gym would be an excellent place for a solid workout, with top notch facilities, excellent location and professional staff. That being said The Club is so much more than just your average gym. The core structure of the gym is around the "Box Fit" format. Which does an amazing job of providing a dynamicand challenging workout. The Box Fit classes combine a lot of simple and fun boxing movements. Combined with challenging and evolving cross fit exercises. To repeat myself, and stress the quality of the component, the classes are FUN. The instructors do a great job of insuring a comfort level to learning the boxing and cross fit exercises and are focused on the importance of technique. There are also a Boxing or "Bag" related classes, offered through the week. That provide fun, challenging, and concentrated workouts. There is that fun word again, the instructors do an amazing job of making the class challenging but enjoyable and it makes you want to not miss a class. (Not guilt for skipping a class in school type feel. You will find yourself excited for the class the next day and thinking about during work) The Club however does not limit itself to Boxing and or cross fit niche. They provide an excellent and variety of workout classes with top notch instructions for all levels. Spinning-Yoga-Pilates There is also high quality cardio, weight and workout areas for non regimented visits. The final component and why I personally rate The Club so highly, is the atmosphere that George all of the trainers have developed. There is a genuine positive vibe in the classes and for those attending. That attitude becomes contagious and improves the experience for all members. Take a Box Fit or Bags class and find out for yourself. read more

EverybodyFights is hands-down the best gym I have ever been apart of. The trainers are very welcoming, motivating, positive and dedicated to pushing you every single minute of class. EBF offers a wide range of classes beyond boxing. A few class favorites are Train (50min HIIT type of class) and Road (50min half tread, half floor/strength). All of the classes that they offer are challenging, but the instructors make sure everyone is comfortable and will help adjust your workout if you have any injuries or issues with the movements. There is never a moment where an instructor does not encourage every single member to get outside of his or her comfort zone and be fully present. I make a commitment to myself to go to EBF almost every day because I love the environment and culture it offers. My membership is worth every penny, I highly recommend trying it out! First-class is free. read more

Obsessed with this boxing gym! George Foreman 3 and his staff provide an environment that not many big gyms can provide. I never thought I could fall in love with boxing and now I crave being in the space! I've been to all three location (2 Boston and 1 NYC) each providing the same workout but different environment!!! Seriously highly recommend to anyone visiting or living in the area! read more

Rats! This place could be great, but the smell of the cologne is sometimes so overwhelming I have to leave. Not sure why are they using it, I hear a lot of people complain about it, everyone likes a different scent, best is not to use any. Also, the atmosphere is a bit too much sometimes, one of the instructors sounds like a crazy military sergeant. I guess it is also because he is screaming over music that is blasting SUPER loud. Not for everyone, definitely. read more

I came here with class pass thinking it would be something different, challenging and a little awkward for me, and I should probably just try it. While all of these things were completely true, I'm blown away with every aspect of this gym. For starters, it's gorgeous. The boxing style gym is really large and open. Equipment is very modern and clean. The locker room has waterfall showers and every amenity you might want (towels, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, etc.) I go to their Box-fiit 360 classes and they are so challenging and yet still a blast. It's a mix of cardio (running, biking, rowing) strength exercises and bag work. I leave sweating and exhausted in the best possible way. There are a lot of people taking it in great shape-so I'm guessing it works. All of these great things can be the recipe for a snobby and uncomfortable place, and this is where the club really shines-everyone there is super nice, friendly, and helpful. And I do mean everyone. I expected something so foreign to me to be awkward but from the minute I walked in I felt welcome. Front desk staff is genuinely nice and offered a description of the class and tour of the gym and helped put on wraps. Other class goers offer tips and encouragement-much appreciated from a newbie. Instructors assistants walk around helping with form. The instructors (both George and others!) are absolutely fantastic. I'm new and clumsy and they are just so nice with encouragement, correcting form without embarrassing me, and keeping a fun and motivating dynamic. I thought this place would be beautiful, challenging, and uncomfortable, but they really have met the trifecta of offering an awesome workout in a gorgeous environment while also maintaining a down to earth and fun atmosphere. I look forward to getting better and challenging myself more! Oh and they have a fantastic music playlist! read more

Everyone treats you like family and are very encouraging. Some of the class are not always punctual but as a waiter its fine with my schedule. Look for the gilt coupon so you dont have to pay their high price. If you end up joining or just trying a few classes there are hot chicks to stare at for as long as you want and they don't act bothered. Tons of women. Depending on the day it can reek like my 12 year old nephew and his buddies getting in a colone fight. Worth checking out if you feel like fighting and can get one of the deals. read more

Excellent industrial style gym, lots of different classes that motivates you. I especially love the intense 15-30 minutes classes, they are absolutely awesome. The instructors are top notch, George and other trainers are very helpful. The vibe of the gym is unlike any other. The only downside is the Yoga Room is too small. Overall, Great gym. read more

Such a great gym! A couple family members had been raving about The Club but I put off trying it out for a couple months because...well...it's the gym. Now I regret not going sooner. I tried my first BoxFiit 360 class last week and now I'm hooked. The class had a lot of people but was really well organized so it didn't feel too crowded. George taught the class and was phenomenal. I quickly grabbed a set of gloves that were not great for me and he found better ones so that I could get the best workout possible. The class was 45 minutes long but flew by - it was fun but hard. Overall a great workout. I'm now excited about going to the gym! And I will definitely be checking out other classes. The locker rooms are really nice and have everything you could want and more. They have all the products you could need, hair dryers, towels, etc. Definitely recommend! read more

I came here for the first time this week with ClassPass, I thought they wouldn't give me great service since I was not an actual member of their gym, but I was definitely wrong. I was a little nervous since it had been a while since I took a boxing class, but the facility and its employee's were amazing. After I checked in they walked me to the locker room, explained everything, how to wrap my hands where to go for class, they were super helpful! The gym itself is gorgeous, super open and modern. The class was HARD but awesome. I figured only a 30 minute class (Bags and Booty) couldn't be that difficult, but boy was I wrong. It was a challenge, but never too much and the instructor and her music were great. I will definitely be coming back here again. Also parking is a breeze with the Channel Center garage right next door. read more

I have been going to EBF for two years now, usually two to three times a week on average if not more, and I would have given them five stars until their recent changes. Their new app and class setup is absolutely awful and makes coming here not as fun anymore. I'm constantly confused as to what class I've actually signed up for, and whether I needed to bring my gloves or not. I always watch my cancelations as sometimes the ap doesn't give my classes back to me even if I cancelled days in advance. They fill the classes up so much it can be hard to find space on the floor. However, I bumped this review to 3 stars as I do find the classes usually challenging (if not even more repetitive now....weird because their new setup is supposed to be even more "different" and you "rarely take a 2nd class twice"), and sometimes class packs can be around $13 per class, making it a pretty good fitness session for not so much. Overall this gym used to be so much better, and whatever they did recently took the soul out of it, I almost wanted to ask for a refund of my class packs after the class I took today, which was filled to the brim and the instructor didn't give us any pointers. read more

I've come here a couple of times on Class Pass, and found the experience to be okay. The gym is big but super crowded, so if you get at all claustrophobic this place would not be for you. The two classes I did were Train360 and Bags and Strength. In both there were a ton of people per class, and not a lot of guidance. They use #'s for different punches, so if you haven't boxed bofore it can get confusing. The borrowed gloves also stink. Bad. That being said, if you are into boxing and own your own gloves, this place is probably a good fit. read more

I've been going to The Club for a few weeks now, and I have to say, this place surpassed all of my expectations. Of course, I expected the gym to be beautiful. And it is incredibly beautiful, state of the art, really well laid out. But I wasn't so sure what to expect from the classes and the instructors. I thought the "everybody fights" mantra might just be a marketing ploy, and I thought that George might be an absentee owner-- happy to stick his name on the door and then never show up to work with people. After taking a bunch of classes, I can highly recommend it. EVERYBODY who goes there gets a killer workout and everyone is welcome. There are serious fighters training alongside people with 50+ lbs to lose, alongside people who are middle-aged and above. The instructors take all of these sorts of people equally seriously, so no one feels like the odd-man-out. The BoxFiit360 class is an incredible, interval based strength and cardio workout that I would highly recommend to anyone, since you can tailor it to your own pace and level. George himself is super cool, in there every day working the front desk, teaching classes, and even helping people learn how to use wraps. He seems to really enjoy teaching class, and wants to make sure everyone is equipped for class. Hell, at the end of class yesterday, he was practically offering to give away gloves so that people who don't already have their own wouldn't have to use the sort of stinky gloves he puts out for people to use for free (not for a rental fee). read more

Great place! You will immediately notice the space & energy upon walking in. Its hard to arrive at 5:30pm and see 3 classes starting and not be motivated by it. They have an amazing variety of classes - from boxing/bags classes to bootcamp style classes, spin, yoga, and cardio based classes. I love the Roadfiit class - you cycle through the treadmill, bike and rowers so it is pure cardio. I also love Booty by Babrants which is another cardio based class - its like squats and various bodyweight movements choreographed to song. So you are dancing a lot! Good: - tons of class options and times. There is pretty much 2-3 classes going on all the time during morning & evening peak hours. - great equipment & space - nice locker rooms; they can get a bit untidy at peak times but overall solid. Self-locking lockers, showers, towels, etc. - front desk people will help with wraps & gloves if you are new to boxing - they validate parking for Channel Center Garage ($3) - they are on ClassPass and actually encourage you to stay after a class and use the gym Not so good: - the gloves are shared and I am not sure how often they are cleaned throughout the day. I know several times I have put my wrapped hands into gloves that were wet & smelled a bit. EEEK. The wraps are laundered but the gloves not so sure. If you box a lot it is probably worth buying your own gloves. - Some classes depend a lot on the instructor. I have had some just so-so Roadfiit and Trainfiit 360 classes. But I just push myself a little more or stay after class and run on the treadmill a bit for a little extra. - Again the ladies locker room can be a little messy. I wish they would put a little more effort into cleanliness in there. Then again this is the only gym I know of that allows people to walk all over the gym floor with boots covered in snow so maybe people here just don't mind a little grit. :-) I still would take my boots off at the front to go to the locker room, isn't that just the courteous thing to do for people working out on the floor?! - The range of classes is extensive which is great but it can be a little confusing going through them and deciding which one you want to take. Try a few, you'll figure it out. Overall this is an amazing place! I workout a lot so I feel like I get out what I put in here. I can push myself harder if I'm not being pushed enough by the instructor. And I LOVE that they allow ClassPass members to use the facility after classes. I get a lot done at this gym. read more

I took the Fight Club beginner class in hopes to learn some boxing basics. I found this class to really be a waste of time. The instructor appeared to be rushing us through the movements. Paying $35 for this class seemed pretty outrageous due to the fact that I didn't really learn anything and I really did not get much of a workout. Would have appreciated more of an effort by the instructor for the price of this class. Ended doing my own workout at the gym there after the class. read more

Classpass led me to this gym a few weeks ago. I went to the boxfit class taught by the owner. I figured he had to be the best instructor if he was running the place. The workout was definitely intense, but I LOVED it. The class epitomizes HIIT, which I'm a big fan of. The instructor played good LOUD music too which is always appreciated! The gym was clean and both the attendees and staff members were warm and welcoming. I ended up going back to the same class in the evening last week and had the same great experience so my first trip appeared to be the norm rather than the exception. It's up there in terms of price ($30/class), but I think you actually get what you pay for here. When I'm not a broke entrepreneur and student I will be returning! Highly recommend checking this place out! read more

I love EBF!! I'm on ClassPass and I max out here every month. I love that they have a little something for everyone. I started out taking box and beats, kickit and bootybybrabants until I started to feel more comfortable with my fitness levels. I finally got brave enough to try Train360 a few weeks ago and it is now my favorite. I've taken a bunch instructors and they are all great! Friendly and encouraging, but kick your butt every time!! I also really appreciate that they let you use the other equipment before or after class. Locker rooms are clean and they provide towels, they also have a sauna etc. Investing in your own gloves is worth it though, I really appreciate that gloves are provided, but if you come regularly you should bring your own. read more
