I've used 562 several times to print laptop decals for my computer, and while previous orders were…read morejust cutouts of my logo and were acceptable, this most recent experience was a complete disappointment. I ordered a full laptop decal to cover the front of my laptop, and the quality was subpar. The decal was covered in visible fingerprints, bent easily, and just looked overall poorly made. When I placed my order this past week, I specifically asked if I could pick it up by Saturday, and the person I spoke with confirmed that would be fine. He asked me to send payment via Zelle, which I did. To my surprise, I was able to pick up the order a day early, on Friday, which I appreciated. However, when I arrived, the four decals I paid $45 for were not even protected--he just handed them to me uncovered. The decals already looked of low quality when I received them, but I remained hopeful they might look better on my laptop. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The quality was terrible, so I sent him videos to show the issues and didn't receive a response. After being ignored, I called today to discuss the situation, and when I expressed my dissatisfaction, he dismissed my concerns by blaming the installation. He refused to take any accountability and even mentioned that they use the same material on cars. That's irrelevant--I'm talking about the poor quality of the product you made, not how you use it on other surfaces. I try to be fair, but I don't tolerate businesses failing to take accountability and instead shifting the blame onto the customer. That's simply bad business. I was informed that they don't offer refunds because everything is customized, but if a customer is genuinely dissatisfied, there should be some effort to make it right. That's how I believe good business is done, and I clearly do business differently. So, I won't be returning.

Went to "RISE AGAIN" let me tell y'all, they have Great business etiquette. The gentleman that work here are awesome and efficient. George is very kind and went out of his way to help me trying to figure out how to send the link from Canva to him so he can print it. Although we weren't successful. Because I was using someone else's account . I went home and used a different canva account and voila. I was able to send him the link to print my soccer team banner. He stated it be ready after 12:30pm on Friday (next day). Friday morning @9:55am I get an email saying my banner will be ready after 10:30 am say what?! Now that was fast.
