I will definitely be coming back here and bringing my mom. Thank you for attending us so last minute and helping me find your place by waiting out by the doors! Lovely service and decent prices!! Loved the vibe.

I am seriously addicted to this place. Is this what it means when people are addicted to getting…read moretattoos!? It's painful but in a super satisfying kind of pain and after that, all you could think of is how can I save more so that I could come here every week!? My muscles were loosened and my super tight shoulder have knots that were untied after the deep tissue massage session here with Linda. Wait!! Deep tissue massage is not supposed to be this good in the Twin Cities because I always get utterly disappointed with the massage claimed deep tissue here, but it always ended up underwhelming. I can't believe I actually found a place that truly knows how to give a good massage. The last time I had a really good massage was in Thailand and this reminds me of that experience. This is my second time returning to see Linda and I just made my third to go in a month. I am definitely addicted to the pain and the pressure points that Linda puts on me each time. She goes all out using her elbows, arms and partial body weight. Her massage was fully committed and I loved it. The tense pressure on my shoulder feels so much better now, allowing me to work and be productive in an office setting. This spa place is not fancy, but it is clean. I also love that they use unscented coconut oil to massage my body, leaving a beautiful glow and a layer of moisturizer on my skin. I think this type of deep tissue massage is not for everyone, but it certainly is what I look and crave for ... so I can't wait to visit again.

We were returning from a grueling (gorgeous, but grueling) 3 week six city trip through Europe and…read moremy body was wrecked. I had 8 hours to kill on the plane, so I started searching for a massage therapist to see upon our return. I've been getting massages for years, but this time I need "the works" and Vedran delivered! He asked great questions upon my arrival, and listened to not only what my immediate problem areas were but also about my general goals from massage therapy. He does not do a "cookie cutter" massage; while he went over all areas, he tailored my massage to areas that needed extra attention. And he checked in a few times regarding the pressure he was applying and it was always in par for me (but trust me he can 'turn it up' when required.) All in all a great 90 minute massage and I left feeling relaxed, but yet energized as well. He also spent time afterwards going over some simple stretches I can do each day to extend the benefits of our visit. Can't wait for my next session.

I first met Vedran in 2007 after a car accident and had to be in Physical Therapy, and he was my…read moremassage therapist. Ever since then I literally don't want to go to anyone else! This guy knows what he's doing. He's very patient, and is extremely knowledgeable. He uses several different techniques, and listens to you and your concerns and works on the areas YOU want to have worked on. I've had some crummy massages from different therapists in the past, but nothing compares to Vedran. Other people have you come in and do the job... but it's not the same connection that I've had with him. Once you get to know him he's pretty funny, and a great guy. He has literally given me the best massages I've ever had. No wonder I've been going to him for the last 4 years! I moved to the Bay Area a year ago, and I've been home 2 times, and both times I made appointments at Peace is at Hand. That's definitely one thing I miss in Minneapolis! I greatly look forward to my appointments with him. He has become my trusted massage therapist, and friend. I highly recommend him to all friends, family, and future clients. Give him a try! He's professional, knowledgeable, funny, caring, and greatly skilled in his profession. Thank you, Vedran! I can't wait to see you again the next time I'm home! -margot :)

Got a pretty good Groupon for service here and decided to try. I have mixed feelings here so I'll…read moreshare the good and the bad. It was also my first time trying this particular type of well was treatment so I I have nothing to compare it to. I booked a 90minute float therapy session Good: Made a last minute appointment and was able to get in so I loved that. The front desk staff was nice when welcoming me. They also have a vending machine that sells THC beverages which was nice. They encouraged me to use the bathroom which was very clean and well stocked. Then essentially explained what to expect while in the room and pretty much left me alone. That was nice. The not so good: An even better experience would have been to offer robes before going into the float room or something to get guest more relaxed before going into the tank. Or maybe a glass of cold water. I understand wanting to control water intake but it gets pretty warm in the room and you get thirsty! There was no soap available and you are required to shower before getting into the tub. I didn't realize what was in the shower was shampoo and conditioner because they weren't labeled. They give you a thing to support your head while floating but I think providing goggles or some sort of eye protection would have been epic. Maybe someone more seasoned would have know to bring something but it was my first time. So of course I got salt in my eyes. Very uncomfortable. There was also no sort of lotion for after the session I did ask about it and was told they had a shipment delayed and so they didn't have any of the things you'd expect to be standard at a spa. While I understand. It would have been a good idea to include a care note or something to give a head up. That was disappointing In summary. I didn't have a bad time or a great time. It was just okay. The float therapy itself was good but I think the business missed the mark on the pre and post care for me.
