I received several comments from those guests about how much they enjoyed the food and feeling included in our planning, as opposed to only having veggie sides as an option. Things got off to a bit of a late start, but Cindy was super helpful and was willing to roll with the punches. My experience with her exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend contacting her for your event!

She agreed to make that for 25 of us, along with some absolutely fabulous asparagus wrapped in bacon, and wonderful salad with nuts and feta and cranberries. She also fixed some of the best stuffed, mashed potatoes ever! She followed it up with two wonderful cakes. When she left, our whole group applauded because the food was so awesome! we did not know Amy before hand and took a chance that the food would be good. It was absolutely great, and she was so easy to work with! she not only did the cooking, but also cleaned up all the dishes and left the place spotless! It could not have gone better for us, so I would definitely recommend her to any of you who are considering hiring her!

We had finalized our food choices, and Claire was going to send me an updated final invoice before we signed the contract and sent the deposit. That was in October. It's now December, and I have still not heard back. I have sent multiple follow up emails, left a voicemail message, and messaged them on Instagram. It's extremely unprofessional to not respond at all, not even to say they are no longer interested in catering our event. We were quite excited as the food looks great, but now we have to start back at square one, having wasted a lot of time and energy. I am not usually one to write poor reviews, but I would not recommend this business.

Guests were limited to one small slider, and the chicken servings were also very small. One groomsman waited for everyone to go through the line, then requested one additional slider. He was denied. We had the Eggs Benny, an omelet, and the French Toast. Everything was perfect! The eggs Benny was cooked just right with some wonderful thick sliced grilled ham and a bright hollandaise sauce with just the right citrus to balance the eggs and vinegar of the sauce. The omelet was fluffy and filled with a high quality Swiss cheese and grilled onions. The French Toast was made from 3" thick slices of French Bread and grilled perfectly. Brunch was so fantastic we decided to order dinner to pick up after we went to the lake for the day. Wow! The angus steaks, fresh green beans, salad and gellato were absolutely beautiful! We understand that ordering a gourmet meal to take back to your rental cabin is a big deal here at Indigo Hills. Folks regulary call or stop by to pick up a fantastic ready to eat or re-heat meal. While we ate brunch some other tourist like us ordered boxed lunches for their scenic train ride, and I bet they would be fantastic to take out for a day on the lake. Service was amazing, and straight from the owner Gwen. She has some fantastic help, but she seems to need more, so BE PATIENT! The food is well worth it. There also appears to be a very flexible attitude towards hours that they are open. Maybe call ahead to make sure someone is there, and if they aren't there, again be patient! Maybe the best thing to do is wait until a little while after they are supposed to open, and come a little while before they close! Indigo Hills is also extremely pet friendly! B

We got brought into this old saloon, looking atmosphere within individual rooms for sitting, which was nice because there was about eight of us.
