The omelet was fluffy and filled with a high quality Swiss cheese and grilled onions. The French Toast was made from 3" thick slices of French Bread and grilled perfectly. Brunch was so fantastic we decided to order dinner to pick up after we went to the lake for the day. Wow! The angus steaks, fresh green beans, salad and gellato were absolutely beautiful! We understand that ordering a gourmet meal to take back to your rental cabin is a big deal here at Indigo Hills. Folks regulary call or stop by to pick up a fantastic ready to eat or re-heat meal. While we ate brunch some other tourist like us ordered boxed lunches for their scenic train ride, and I bet they would be fantastic to take out for a day on the lake.
