Rivak is so knowledgeable and great to work with that I HIGHLY recommend him. He can work with clients at every level, but let me give you my profile since that is what I can speak to directly. -I am a professional who works many, many hours, so efficiency is super important to me. Rivak comes to lead my workouts in my modest home gym, so I can get my workout in in less time than I was taking to commute to and from the gym, and pricing is very reasonable. -I am 53 and, while I have always been active, I've lost ground in the last few years between hitting 50 and working too much (including relocating to a rural part of New England (and back again to AZ, yay!)). Rivak is great at pushing me enough to get back to where I want to be, and hopefully past that. -I have a few injuries and arthritis issues to work around, plus challenges from sitting at my desk too much and letting my busy schedule impact my eating habits, and I totally trust that Rivak is knowledgeable enough to help me take control of those challenges while I helping me get stronger and NOT injure me further as less experienced "trainers" have done. -I am pretty highly motivated, so Rivak is a great fit for me on that front. His level of fitness, nutrition, and time management are impressive! -He has great life experience that makes him a pleasure to talk with (when I can catch my breath!) during workouts. Rivak is a fantastic trainer! His knowledge and experience far surpasses others I have used. In just 6 weeks I have lost weight, inches and have gone down a pant size. I feel fantastic. He helped establish a Paleo diet for me and tracks my eating to make sure I am getting the full effect of my training. The classes he teaches as well are fun and exhausting! His medical knowledge of body and muscles has helped with my trouble areas and he makes sure I am doing things correctly. He uses a wide range of equipment, not just the gym machines so it's never boring. Best of all my friends and family have noticed the difference. Once ready to make a lifestyle change try Rivak out! Just took my second class with Rivak this morning. (5:30am at the Trailhead).. HAH! I thought I was in good shape! Definite reminder of why you shouldn't do the same thing all the time... GREAT all around workout... and if I keep coming to his classes, I definitely WILL be in shape!... Highly recommend you try it... Our mission is to empower the people with the knowledge required to understand that successful long term health is not simply about diet and exercise. Yes they are two important factors in a longer list of important health variables, however academic research experts now are fervently focused on lifestyle factors which also compound health problems. These factors are Clean eating modifications, sleep behavior, hydration variables, negative thought psychology, chest versus diaphragmatic breathing patterns, and proper movements with an emphasis on being able to perform 6 Primal Patterns. In my 20 years of experience,I have seen that most individuals, could not perform any Primal Pattern Movements, and many of my clients were active duty service members and young athletes. There is a strong correlation to inability to perform Primal Pattern Movements and accelerated aging. My mission, should I decide to work with a client is geared towards comprehensive education, the application of the education and then coaching to engrain the neural engram to force a lifestyle habit. My education began as a nationally certified personal trainer and nutritionist for over 20 years, but has morphed into a primal movement conditioning expert, weight loss specialist, spine rehabilitation therapist and holistic lifestyle coach over the past decade.

It is no news to our current and past clients that we have grown exponentially in popularity. We are different and take our customers health concerns VERY seriously! We have now established a new presence in Mesa and Scottsdale Arizona due to the high demand for quality, professional medically endorsed health, fitness and nutrition needs. Meet the Business Owner: Rivak H.

Rivak Hoffman is the owner of Every Bit Fit Arizona. He is a former medical professional, now nationally certified personal trainer, nutritionist and medical exercise specialist, CHEK practitioner and CHEK Holistic Lifestyle Coach. He is an avid education junkie and has accumulated numerous license's and certifications to better fine tune himself and his clients. His unique approach is about comprehensive education and teaching his clients about their particular issues and needs and enforcing a lifestyle habit in self care management. Although his fitness programs can challenge any client his medical eye leads him in the proper direction to careful conduct the safest and most effective of fitness program available to any individual regardless of age, gender or medical condition. Rivak's unique ability is rehabilitation to those who cannot properly walk after major surgery or those dealing with neuromuscular conditions eg multiple sclerosis, amyotrophic lat sclerosis aka Lou Gehrig's

When requesting floor cleaning, equipment cleaning, or anything else nothing seems to get corrected and all that is provided is lip service and promise to get on top of it. Corporate nor location management seem to care, so maybe this is another location that will be shut down soon. Overpromising and under delivering is a bad way to run a business. Maybe if the staff/management used the gym, they would notice how filthy the equipment and floors are regularly. I think human health and services might interested if I reached out to them as this gym is a petri dish of germs. La Fitness, show some pride in your business and that you care about your members health and happiness.

The cabanas have a nice strong fan mister, keeps it nice and cool in the Arizona heat. The kids really loved the different levels of cliff jumping and boogie boarding in the wave pool. Every hour it's switches between boogie boarding and surfing. I would recommend bringing your own boogie board. You can rent them for $30-$35 but when we asked to rent, they were all being used. You can still be in the water while the surfers ride the waves but you have to be closer to the shallow end. I did notice that the pretend sand in the water is peeling off. It definitely needs some updating. Bring some beach toys if your kids want to play in the sand. In the afternoon the sand was too hot in the sun but once the sun set it was perfect to play in the sand. We all really enjoyed their drinks and food. The kids liked their sliders, tenders and fries. My husband and I shared their coco loco tacos. I didn't realize the loco sauce was a hot sauce, the tacos definitely have a kick. They were good but I would have maybe asked for the sauce on the side next time. They guac and chip were awesome-pomegranate , pineapple pico, and crispy carnitas. This location is about 45 min away for us but this would be a great place to cool off at after a baseball tournament at cactus yards! Looking forward to next time.

As we were looking for the entrance, we noticed there was still a lot of construction going on, sand everywhere, and not fully done yet. Besides the wave pool and surf lagoon, they also have a diving pool, sand volleyball court, and seating areas in the sand. One thing we noticed, though, was that there were only about three lifeguards for the whole area when we were there. The luxury cabanas are located right next to the construction zone, so I'd probably wait until everything is done before renting one. At the entrance, that's where you can get beach passes for the River Wave and Surf Lagoon, rent cabanas, and also the restaurant. We got a table on the patio with a view of the wave pool, which was a nice spot to relax. We ordered wings, fries, and a couple of cocktails, perfect for chilling before dinner. I loved my cocktail; the color was so beautiful. We'll probably wait until construction is done before coming back.

I highly recommend you work with Coach Hoffman. It is rare to find a professional so broadly educated and firmly committed to building you back to optimal working condition. Rivak has assessed previous injuries that have plagued me as an adult along with poor training choices that were triggering them. With gyms being closed and wanting to avoid crowds during this time, EveryBitFit has met the challenge by working with me virtually over FaceTime. This is also perfect because I live up in Prescott. Carlos has been great and is able to put me through some excellent full-body workouts using little to no equipment. The exercises are challenging, yet not complicated and can be done anywhere.
