Never have I had this much of a tiring and frustrating experience with a person of business. My daughters Quincenera was on March 12 2022 and I barely got my wallet pictures on August 30th. The hall had also initially recommended her as the choreographer, the week before practice was supposed to begin she tells me that she cannot do the Sunday anymore and I would have to pick a different day. I could not pick a different day because one of the chambelanes would have to drop out. She found me someone else who was also charging $700 but told that lady to only make sure she showed me two songs. The lady thankfully said she did her own methods and actually did about 5 songs since she was very detailed. Throughout the process for the photographer I had to be the one to constantly check in and ask if she needed anything for the slideshow etc. She always seemed so unorganized and on the day of she was even 20 minutes late. She failed to mention that my daughter needed a red dress to coordinate her next to her Quincenera dress, she asked me the day of. She told me she did not have to be dressed just hair and make up done just to be told the day of that she needed the dress. She had told me the pictures would take a few months, I reached out on 4/20 at 7:14 in the morning asking for an update. No answer until I tried to call her which she ignored and responded at 6:37pm stating she was busy and would call me back at 9:30pm. She never called me to which I reached out on 4/21 at 930pm, she did not respond until 4/22 @11:04am. She said she could meet me that week after to deliver my stuff. She said Friday evening worked best but I did schedule her for 5/6 as I would have my daughter with me that day. I asked her if 6pm worked and she said yes. I messaged her that morning on 5/6 at 3:12 asking if we can meet at 5pm, no response. I called her and she told me she forgot we had an appointment. She said that she would call me back. She did not call me back, on 5/9 @7:17 am I reached out asking for a status, to which she responded she worked all weekend and when she went to the lab my pictures were not there. She said she would have them Tuesday 5/10. I asked her if we can do Thursday she said she was busy so I scheduled for Tuesday 5/10, I asked her if we can do 630 to which she said she needed to beat traffic and wanted to meet at 7 or 8pm. I asked her if 7 worked and no response, I text her again at 10 am she did not respond. I text her again at 11:33am and she finally said 7 was fine. She messaged me Tuesday 5/10 at 6:34 pm stating she was barely leaving and she would take an hour and 20 minutes. I was upset and called her to only find out it would not make sense to meet me Tuesday since she actually did not have my daugthers video and "she could see how upset I was." We agreed to meet Thursday (the day she said she was busy). She actually made it on time and she then told me she didnt realize I ordered the bigger package she thought I ordered he basic. She did not realize it came with a big portrait and she also forgot my wallets. She did not tell me how long it would take for my acrylic book on 5/27, no response. I messaged her again 5/31, no response. Finally I had to call her and she told me to text her my email to review pictures. She said she would send me an email I got no email, I messaged her on 6/20 asking her for the email, she was out of the office and said she would resend it. 6/22 I sent her another message because I got no email. I was once again ignored and messaged her on 6/24. She finally sends me the link hours later. I had my daughter review pictures and sent her a message on 6/29 that they were a go. Finally 7/28 pictures were ready but unfortunately my daugthers dad had covid so I scheduled the appointment for 8/11. She arrived but once again did not have my wallets or big portrait. She said she had forgot and had to send me a text for a reminder. She said this would only take a week, I waited patiently and messaged her on 8/26 asking for a status. She said Tuesday at 5pm, she messaged me Tuesday at 4:50 saying she was going to be there at 5:30 pm. I was there on time at 5 and waited, it was 5:30 she had not arrived. I called her and she said she was running late. Not only was she already late to our 5pm appointment she was late to being late. I was furious, she lacked even apologizing upon arrival. I called the hall and let them know and then she finally decided to apologize. This lady should not be in this industry she has no etiquette, no consideration for your time, and thinks time revolves around her. Please do not use her, she also gave me $30 off out of the 2k I paid her which was a slap in the face. The picture is of the screenshot where she finally apologized.

I left this review on eyekonics photography page and received the next morning this threatening…read moremessage from them. I an extremely disappointed in the lack of professionalism. My advice would be to stay away from this kind of business. They can't even take a honest review without some type of bullying. Instead of saying hey you were unhappy with what went on what can we do to make this right, they send a threatening message. To me as far as business goes its just silly. It is all about the money. I hope they change the way they do business in the future with other clients. Destiny is a very talented photographer! My review: I have had quite a few Marine wives ask me to give reviews on photographers in the area because I have done 10 shoots in the last 2 years with a range of photographers in the area. I feel like I can give an honest review because I have done this many. Destiny was a great photographer to shoot with, however afterwards my photos were not easily accessible due to difficulty on both communication ends. My husband also paid for my shoot and did not know that we could not get even unedited photos. We received 5 photos from our shoot that I had trouble accessing. When there was difficulty getting those photos, I finally gave in and just accepted 5 unedited ones to put onto Facebook only to be told that I did not "pay" for those ones and that if I wanted them each one could be purchased for $15 each and she would edit them. I don't know about other Marine families but I definitely don't have 15$ extra to pay for each photo as much as I wished I did. We finally did get my 5 edited ones! The quality in my edited photos was awesome no complaints there. Destiny is a very talented photographer! I had fun on the set but was very disappointed in the time frame of the photos and having the difficulty in getting my photos. I also didn't like being hassled for putting up 5 photos that weren't even edited when I couldn't access mine!!! It was extremely frustrating. Would I recommend her for a shoot? Honestly, not when I have cheaper options and can get triple the amount of photos with another photographer with as good as quality. I think she's an awesome person but as far as photography goes this would be my only shoot with her. His response to my "personal" Facebook account. They didn't even have the guts to post it to their photography page. Hi Brittany I'm sure you remember me I am Destinys husband as well as the co-owner of EyekonicPhotography. I understand that you and your husband were not completely happy with the way we went about business. I am glad you expressed how you felt on our reviews, however I can not accept the disrespectful posts and comments on your page and the spouse page about our business. If you would refer back to your messages when you booked the shoot you will see that it was outlined exactly what you would receive in the photoshoot. Also if you refer back to the policy agreement you signed it states that it is against the us copyright act to take any photos without the permission of the photographer. Now I apologize for the clarity issue and you misunderstanding which pictures you could and could not download. If you need a copy of any of these documents from the policies to the messages we can provide them. With that being said I must ask you to retract any statements directly or indirectly aimed at EyekonicPhotography or legal action will take place. Thank you for your time
