I've been shopping here for the better part of a year, they have some good prices however 80% or…read moremore of the store has expired products, sometimes over a year old. You need to sift through your interests here unless your ok with this. What made me write today is that this place over charges its customers daily. Likely in every transaction. They do not scan anything besides alcohol so they go by the sticker price. If there is no price sticker on the product, they will guess what the item costs and I have NEVER seen them guess on the low side. However there are several signs in the store where the price is 2 for X price or 4 for X price. Sometimes the sticker price is different from the for sale sign in front of the product. Since I am being overcharged I started taking pictures and paying attention to what it is ringing up (some registers dont let you see what price it is ringing up). When I see something that is ringing up at the register incorrect I will share the picture with them and they are usually rude after this. Its not my fault and you should be happy to honor what the store shows. Between all the expired items, the rude staff (the main manager is the worst), and the over priced items at register compared to the shelf price is why I will not be shopping here anymore.

They are allowed to sell products past their sell buy dates. So, yes, many products are expired. However, when they are processed food products, they are usually good WAY past that date. This is a great place to get candy & chips for a good price. Their Saturday produce market is good. Sometimes the produce is better than others. It just depends what they get in on that day. I've gotten lots of very good produce from here much cheaper than I would pay for it in the regular stores. If it doesn't look good, I don't buy it--same as in the regular stores. Also, the people that work here are extremely nice. WAY better check out experience than regular grocery stores! Also, I've never been overcharged for any item. If anything, the price they tell me at the register is lower than what the sign on the shelf said. The only thing I don't buy here is meat. That's been hit or miss for me in the past. So, if you're looking for a bargain, and you don't mind hunting for it a bit, check them out. If you're going to freak out at something past the sell by date, this probably isn't the place for you.

Since then, I have been back twice. Produce! CHEAP. Like tomatillos at 88 cents a pound ($1.50 at Kroger, and I thought that was a deal!) Meat! CHEAP. And has a real butcher's section, including all your usual staples as well as proteins not readily available at mainstream grocery stores (ie., beef tongue, chicken feet, etc.) Huge international foods section (see picture...and that's only the Asian stuff!). Wall of Mexican cheeses. Easily found the oaxaca cheese I needed to make chile rellenos with ('cuz stuffing poblanos with cheddar= horrific bastardization). See picture. They also have every spicy chip variety known to man. See picture. This store is huge and rather complete. Some stuff costed more (ie., processed goods), but I am going to be regular here for my fresh goods. Plus they sell cold bottled water by the check out for 50 cents. I also want to add that no shopper's club card is required :) Thank you Fiesta for being kind to my budget, which has been pulverized by grad school and my wedding. They cater to Latin customers but Ive seen African and other ethnicities. They added a bakery for cakes. Cut up fresh fruit. A live seafood counter. Swai I think. Tilapia. Blue crabs. Cheese and marinated beef and poultry. Not many Fiesta locations. Glad this one is here. I can get basic stuff like cilantro, chamomile, Buldok ramen and fresh Mexican sweet bread. This time it was their playlist that caught my attention. The 1990's song, One More Try by Timmy T came on and I just could not stop appreciating the Dance Electronic Song. Lol! It was my favorite song when I was like 14! I enjoyed the song back in the day and still enjoy it today. My how time flies and how things never change. Thanks, Kroger for taking me down memory lane, it really made my shopping experience better! Groceries are pretty high but, your guaranteed to find something you can't live without. Self check out is pretty popular and other lanes move fairly quickly. Floral shop always seemed to have nice displays. Kroger also has theme weeks. One week they dressed like Super Heroes and the next was Western Week. Who knows what the next week will be like? They had two Stockers and one Cashier. Summer items were for sale outside but no price was listed. Cashier said, she would give half off. They had a great selection of Dolly merch. And though the time was long ago, my favorite grocery store, Kroger, and their competitors stopped setting out hearty oxtails and less turkey wings, neck bones and those more southern, cultural meats. So I've been shopping at local produce stores and now SBFD has a returning customer. They pretty much have everything Latin and Asian that you need for any meal, egg/spring/dumpling/etc wrappers, an array of adobo, waaaaayyy healthier produce like baby bok choy at $1.29/lbs., and most importantly... my oxtails and turkey wings. They even had two freezer sections of vegan products. Most of their meat is kept frozen. They do have a fresh section but it's limited. However, you can find a small section of fresh fish like sting ray, snapper, grouper, and more. Oxtails come by the whole tail. Had them cut down. Turkey wings are frozen but cut down into quarter sections in packaging. They have a variety of cooking equipment, to-go products, seasoning and bulk buys! Small language barrier with the staff, but if your patient and take your time they are very accommodating and helpful!
