The advantage of shopping at Lowe's is the great selection of products and supplies for the DIYers…read more This location is always well-stocked, and it's easy to find what you need, especially if you are like me and prefer browsing on your own. With that said the downside: staff assistance is literally non existent. I was able to find an associate to help with a price check but unfortunately she couldn't direct me to where mortar filler was located (she wasn't familiar with the product). I do like their seasonal decor because, as the usje, I always find something other than what I initially stop in for.

Wanting to make sure I was getting the best deal, I called and spoke with Andrea at the Pro Desk. She told me she could take an additional $200 off and reduce the delivery fee to $20--but only as a credit after the order was delivered. After the delivery, I went in to follow up, and suddenly the story changed. Andrea told me the only way to get the extra discount was by using a specific Pro Account credit card. She pointed to a brochure with both a PRO account card and a credit card, and said, "This is the card you need--the discount will come next time." At first, I assumed she meant the same PRO account I already had. I started filling out the application, but as someone else rushed me through the form, I realized I was being signed up for a credit card, not a different kind of PRO account. I never agreed to that. Andrea had already walked away by then, and it became clear there was never going to be a credit back on my original order. The deal I was promised on the phone was gone, replaced with "nothing we can do--but here's a credit card you can apply for to maybe save next time." I came in expecting to redeem a promised discount. Instead, I got misleading information, pressure to open a credit card, and no resolution. Extremely disappointing and not how business should be done.

Just a side note , COLORADO does NOT have thing set up for account points rewards. You can only redeem those online but not in stores in CO. Bummer. My home smells like there "HOLIDAY" scent right now. I always have the scent "Flannel " in a candle and hand soap. My favorite scent so far on body wash is "a thousand wishes " and "Japanese Cherry Blossom" my kitchen is always stocked with kitchen lemon. I also recommend waiting for hand soap sales. I have seen fragrances come and go (remember Mango Mandarin?) but B&B will always offer sweet and/or clean scents. Its a nice alternative to the heavy perfumes and I always get compliments when I wear Moonlight Path (one of my faves). This location is convenient to home and I don't have to walk thru an entire mall to just go in, grab the buy 3 get 2 free (how's that for marketing?) and go. The displays are always clean and orderly, the staff friendly and the environment cheerful. Speaking of staff...mom and I came in 15min before closing as I wanted to see if the promo bag was still available. The sales clerk said they just sold out but no worries, I'm still going to get me a bottle of fresh floral. 2minutes later the young lady brought me the promo bag saying she found one in the backroom (ooo secret is out now). I was super delighted that she found one but also, that she took a moment to check. What a fabulous surprise (yes, something so simple that means so much). Just a few reminders: ** sign up for emails so you can get coupons galore. ** online promos are just as good as in store ** retired fragrances are available on their website ** B&B is cruelty free. PETA verified and pledged. Beauty without bunnies...yes!!

We were really turned off. But after not getting help and now rude Customer Service we are fully dedicated to moving from them, at it was easier than we thought. We replaced our Traeger with a Pit Boss and love it, the outdoor furniture is better elsewhere. I really thought I would miss BEHR paint, I was very loyal. But Sherwin Williams, while more expensive, is the epitome of you get what you pay for. Other stores carry Craftsman and have better help. We also got onto reward programs so when we replace large appliances at other retailers. Now we won't even go there for a simple repair or a furnace filter. We simply refuse to put up with technically lacking staff and rude customer service.

Though he was busy with interviews and meetings that week, he was able to process our paperwork and called me to come back in to pick up. I didn't make it in for about a week, but he had informed the other managers so when I came in it was quick and easy. Had my voucher in hand. Turned out I needed to place an order for store pickup and the employee, James, was quick to help me. He was able to get my order figured out and placed for store pickup within a couple days, while also redeeming my voucher and accommodating our tax exempt status. Complicated order, but he did it quickly and with a smile.

This greatly damaged the interior of the doors. Additionally, the house was built in 1994, and the exterior of the doors had been damaged from sun exposure and weather over time. Antelope Trail was recommended by another contractor that we had paint the exterior of the house, so we gave them a call. Travis was able to switch around his schedule to fit us in before my parents came in for the holidays. He completely refinished the exterior and walked my wife and I through the entire process. It came out perfectly! The doors basically look brand new... he gave great advice on color choices, finishes, etc. In the end the doors look great. The interior was more of an issue. The padlock rigging had done a lot of damage to the door and Travis tried to fix this with some oak plugs, but it didn't look quite right. So, he literally went and took a class to learn a different touch-up method. Upon completion, he came back and redid the interior (free of charge) and it looks almost as good as new! Super-friendly, super-trustworthy and very good at what he does. I would recommend to anyone looking to refinish or repair any door/furniture that may need a "refresh."
