Another hot tub maintenance company, A1 Hot…read moreTubs, charged me an arm and a leg to do a hot tub cleaning, and it wasn't even properly done. The tub wasn't properly purged so there was still a ton of dirt in there. I reached out for quotes to get this fixed, because they weren't willing to fix it. Eddie responded promptly and gave me a VERY fair quote. I was skeptical at first because I didn't see any reviews on his page. Turns out Yelp's algorithm removed some of his reviews, so I decided to give him a shot, and I'm glad that I did. Eddie came and fixed everything - he was meticulous, purged with chlorine, drained it, and wiped it till it was completely spotless. He spent several hours doing this. He then filled it back up, and balanced the chemicals. The water is squeaky clean now, and I'm already at ease working with Eddie because he seems to be a man of his word. Any issues, he will take care of you. If you have a pool, in ground, or above ground hot tub, I'd highly recommend his services. Not only are his prices fair, but he does great work. He used to be an executive chef on the strip, so you know he pays attention to the details. ATTN Yelp: Stop removing this man's reviews! He's legit and so are his clients.

I knew I needed to get it done this year and started getting quotes mid January After having 4 companies come out and give me estimates for the job, I decided to put my trust in R.O.W. and I'm glad I did. They had the best cost and committed schedule that they stuck to R.O.W. was great to have working on redoing our pool. The plaster was over 25 years and desperately needed to be redone. Mike Stegemann was great to work with, even when I changed a bit and added new light installation to the work. Originally our pool didn't have any tile above the water line unlike what is standard so tile was required. Mike directed me to Aquabella here near downtown Vegas which had a huge selection of tiles that worked out great. I was expecting that the basic tile selection would be limited, but it really wasn't so I was pleased I didn't need to upgrade and add cost which is what usually happens for us I was pleased to have the job done within 2 weeks. (10 business days) and the costs allowed me to go with the upgraded French Gray Pebbletec which looks amazing. Every employee was a R.O.W. employee so I didn't have concerns of working with any 3rd party contractor. Different crews for different steps which meant they were skilled in the required process whether it was the chip-out, tiling, or plastering. They always ended each day cleaning up around the pool which was a great plus to using R.O.W. Thanks R.O.W. for making this be such an easy and enjoyable process. I was sort of dreading having to do this, and it was surprisingly amazing. Kevin H.
