Within 3 short days into the home search she helped us find the perfect home, then professionally negotiated to fit within our preferred price range. She was extremely patient and kind with us as first time buyers, and very understanding of our needs and never ending questions. She told us she would not let us buy a home that she herself would not purchase, assuring us the best home for the best price. She even provided property condition tips along the way when viewing the homes. Trish is obviously very passionate about doing right by her clients. She delivers what she promises and we feel very fortunate to have worked with her. It was a friendly and comfortable process for us because of her. Do not hesitate to give her a call when buying or selling a home. Integrity can be a rare commodity in business these days. For Trish, integrity is everything. Trish was the consummate professional and very trustworthy, (and fun!) to work with during the entire process.
