It's so bad that they had to take away from the supervisors the option of providing a customer service credit for the strikes. It's a monopoly and you pay them whether they pick-up your garbage or not. And funny enough, if you opt to only pay them 20% it turns out they don't like that and will stop picking up your garbage. Strange how that works.
