Oh wait, the Dr wants to see you again in 3 weeks..... BOOM another surgical charge. When office visits are billed differently from surgical procedures, it would have been nice of this office to say that these visits were all surgical. I was expecting $75 worth of office visits and instead wound up with almost $400 in "surgical procedures"! I wouldn't recommend this facility at all until they get their billing practices under control.

Unprofessional Billing and Disrespectful Staff…read more I had a disappointing experience with this office related to billing and communication. After my visit, I was charged an additional amount that I had not been informed about. I called on a Monday and spoke to a staff member who assured me it would be resolved. Despite that, I was still charged. When I followed up, I spoke with someone else who was not only unhelpful but laughed while telling me it was my responsibility to fix the issue. This kind of treatment--especially when it involves people's health and finances--is unacceptable. I expected clear communication and respectful service, and unfortunately, I experienced neither.
