After my visit, I was charged an additional amount that I had not been informed about. I called on a Monday and spoke to a staff member who assured me it would be resolved. Despite that, I was still charged. When I followed up, I spoke with someone else who was not only unhelpful but laughed while telling me it was my responsibility to fix the issue. This kind of treatment--especially when it involves people's health and finances--is unacceptable. I expected clear communication and respectful service, and unfortunately, I experienced neither.

He wouldn't refill her blood pressure…read moremedications and he has been her doctor for 20 years or more and he knew she has had high blood pressure all her life! Mom's services are today and I am sad I was robbed of at least 15 more years with mom. She was vibrant and full of life, she was close to her grandchildren as well and we are all just devastated!
