Upon arrival, the drivers attempted to demand additional payment for a service that was already fully paid for upfront. I contacted Amazon Home Services customer support immediately, and they confirmed that this upcharge was unauthorized and against vendor policy. Based on the drivers' approach, this felt like a routine tactic rather than a simple misunderstanding. I am pursuing a resolution through Amazon and filing a formal vendor complaint.

These guys are a viable source in a pinch, but you can find way better prices if you do some due diligence, or are willing to load up your car and go to transfer station.
