From start to finish I got awesome service they deserve 5 stars . I spoke with Valerie over the phone , did some more shopping around and decided to give them a try . I felt very comfortable with the way she explain everything to me . Two hours later I had their tech in my apartment and he worked fast and efficient cleaning my air duct . The deal I got over the phone was the one I paid they are honest and didnt try to push me to get extra service or up sale it was a good reasonable price . Very happy with this company ! read more

I'm helping a friend renovate her place, and one of the contractors we're working with suggested this company. We called them, and they provided an instant lump-sum quote. The final invoice wasn't far off, which I really appreciated. They were thorough in explaining the process, replaced the filters, and did an internal system cleaning. Both turned out great, the system looks good as new. Glad the recommendation worked out, and I'll definitely use them again in the future. read more

There has been a nasty burnt smell on my clothes after using the dryers for the past few days. After doing some research online I have decided to clean my dryer vents and see if it will solve the problem. Sometimes a clogged vent can cause the lint to build up and potentially be a fire hazard. Evergreen is the first company that I called and I immediately decided to use them due to the short wait time (2 hours) as oppose to 3-4 hours from competitors. Tal and Giovanni are the techs that came out to perform the service. They are on time and very polite. They were able to clean out the vents and clean up in less than 20mins! However, the smell did not go away so we decided to open up the vent connecting to the dryer to check it out. Guess what we found that's lurking inside the bottom of the dryer vent? A dead snake!!!! Tal and Giovanni were quick to dispose of the snake and sanitize the vents at no extra charge! I really appreciate the fact that Tal went the extra mile on figuring out what's really causing the problem instead of just clean the vents and call it a day. Overall, a great and friendly service from Tal and Giovanni. The price is competitive with market. I would highly recommend them for your air duct and vent cleaning needs! read more

I had Tad from Evergreen clean my air ducts, he was polite and very professional . He also highly recommended to clean our furnace which he did not pressure me to doing . He explained that he was going to dismantle the blower completely and do a very thorough cleaning . This did pump up the bill a lil however needed to be done. I also got a free filter for being a first time customer. I called other places first and got half of these services for a little more! If something isn't right, they will make sure they take care of it. All in all, a good service, fair price, for a very important thing you should do regularly for your family's health, these guys are prompt, smart, and professional. I will defiantly use them again and referer them to other people! read more

We needed a service to fix up a badly deteriorated garage at my girlfriend's parents' house. It was so rundown at one point we even discussed tearing it down and selling the home without a garage. But we got several estimates, and the best one by far was from Evergreen. Not only was it the best price, but the interaction with their rep was thorough and made us feel like they were the most reliable and would be the best experience. We were right. We got a new opening system, new door, and they fixed up all kinds of cosmetic things as well so it looks almost like a brand new garage and now is an asset to the home we are selling. It was just an great customer service experience for a very fair price. read more

Morris was very professional. I called him and sent him photos and measurements of my parents' garage door. He gave me a quote right away for the garage door and opener. I cannot say enough great things about Evergreen Air Duct Cleaning. I found their company online and was happy to discover that they serviced where I live in San Diego. I recently hired another company to clean mine never before 1974 ductwork. They were terrible & even cheated me! So I came upon Evergreen. What a huge difference in every way. I am so impressed in so many ways I have other attic jobs that I know I will send their way. The tech worker Ruben L. was amazing in the detail and careful attention to do this right and was so informative to my many questions. He took his time and did so much. He even vacuumed behind my 2 couches after to clean the extra dust from years before. Who does that!? These guys do. Above and beyond expected. I love this! Ruben was so polite and kind in his time & effort. If you're looking for duct cleaning or any attic work, look no further. This one is "Doug Approved" I am definitely coming back. Rare to see such integrity and quality, especially now. These guys are great! Doug Hoover read more

I messaged the owner and got a prompt response so I scheduled a duct cleaning for our home. They were scheduled to arrive between 1-3pm today. They told me the technician would call me 30 minutes prior to arrival as a heads-up. At 1:21 I called them to ask if they were running on time, and if they had an idea of when the tech was coming. They said they would call back but didn't. At 1:46 I called again, and was told they would check with the supervisor. Never heard back. At 2:29 I called again and was told it was "out of our hands" and that the supervisor hadn't responded. ??? At that point it was 30 minutes before the end of the supposed arrival window of 1-3pm. I asked what the status was and she put me on hold to call the supervisor. Then came back and said the technician would call. 10 minutes later the technician called to say that he was "running late and stuck at a job" and could we reschedule for another day. WTF? This is a terrible first impression and I would never treat customers this way. The tech was supposed to call me right back to see what he could do, or if they could send someone else today. When you schedule for a 2 hour window, you should show up during that window. I had to arrange my entire day around this and now turns out they aren't coming and never called me back. Awful communication, and no way to treat a potential new customer. So I've wasted the entire afternoon waiting for them, for no reason. Very disrespectful way to treat people. Beware. UPDATE: Tech called me at 3:30 and said he could come between 4-5pm. I was tempted to just cancel but I said ok. He arrived at 4, looked around, and then asked me when did I want to schedule the duct cleaning. The boss told him he was just here to do an estimate. However I already had an estimate done a week earlier. So now he's here and says he cannot do the work today and we can schedule for another day. WTF again? Who runs a business like this? It's not the tech's fault, it is the fault of the management/ownership/"supervisor" for dropping the ball every step of the way. I wasted the entire afternoon waiting for them only to be told at 4:15 that they cannot do the actual job today. This is insane. Ridiculous, they wasted my time and are completely unprofessional. Go elsewhere. read more

I was staying at my friends place in LA for a week and he warned me that he wanted to get his air ducts cleaned for the first time. Not really knowing who to call first hand, we went straight to yelp. We found this company right away and it had such great reviews that we decided to try it. We gave them a call and set up an appointment. They came promptly at the time of appointment which was a surprise. It's not like Time Warner where they tell you that they're going to be there during the times of 11am-5pm! That was a huge highlight for me! They started cleaning the ducts and even taught us a thing or two on how to maintain the cleanliness which is a pretty good service to customers. They finished the job within a couple hours and my friend and I were feeling pretty good with what they accomplished. We offered them drinks and they kindly declined (no drinking on the job, smart guys haha)! I would definitely recommend this business to anyone in the LA area. Now only if they could come down to Orange County.... read more

I had Evergreen Come out today for a free estimate on getting our ducts cleaned. Winter time is now arriving and every time I turn on my system I actually felt the dust in the air . Evergreen said that the ducts were made from fiberglass and needed to be replaced rather than cleaned. This was rather new information and still thought getting another estimate was very essential. I called another duct cleaning company that I found on yelp they too said that the ducts needed to be replaced however they were a lot more expensive than Evergreen plus I wasn't getting all the freebies that Evergreen we providing with their service. With out a blink of an eye I decided that Evergreen was the right company for the job. I called their office the next day to set up an appointment which could only be set up 2 weeks from that day . I really couldn't stand the dust anymore and 2 weeks sounded like it was going to take forever. I asked the rep on the phone if their was any chance to squeeze me in a little bit earlier than that and boy did he go to extremes to fit me in on an earlier date.I really appreciated that they try and do everything to make their customers happy. All in all I was very please with the thoroughness and the professionalism of this company . Every 1 knew their part and they wrapped the job up in 1 day . The air flow in my house is soo much better and smells like new. Very smart choice to go with Evergreen. read more

It had been a while since our air ducts had gotten any TLC, and with a new baby on the way we wanted to make sure everything was clean clean clean! I found these guys on yelp and was impressed at the professionalism and service that Evergreen provided. They arrived on time and made sure to confirm before they came. I had my duct work cleaned, my dryer vent cleaned, and my furnace inspected/cleaned. They did a great job at cleaning and making them look like new, as well as cleaning up after themselves. I've had many technicians come for other services and they have left everything looking like a mess but definitely not with this case. I would highly recommend them for duct cleaning/dryer cleaning. As far as furnace inspections/cleanings they proved to do everything that they were hired for and I will be calling them again to do the cleaning at our business too. read more

Our house recently finished construction on the new addition and as you know there was dust everywhere! I love leaving the windows open for fresh air but unfortunately for months after the remodel was done the dust would cover everything. Finally after months the dust problem minimized but its been so hot in the valley lately that I had to start using the AC. Using it for the first time started giving me so many breathing issues and allergies. I called evergreen to clean our ducts because I really feel like the dust was inside the central ac and because we only started to use it recently we didn't know. They did a professional and affordable job. I found them in a Google search and I'm glad I did because I feel better about the air I breath when using our ac especially during this heat wave! read more

So...in a big household full of adults and kids who go through clothes, when your dryer stops working, it's a big deal. I was in a state of panic when my dryer had stopped drying wet clothes - after an hour in the dryer, everything would still be soaked. I called the appliance repair line and was told that I probably needed my dryer vent cleaned. I found out about Evergreen and gave them a call... Thank god they were able to come out the next day! Moe (the technician) was so friendly and only charged $150 to make my dryer good as new again. Everything is drying in one cycle! Happy family :) read more

I never knew how important it was to get my air ducts cleaned until I hired Evergreen Air Duct Cleaning and saw how remarkable the difference is. It is honestly like breathing a whole new different type of air. So much filth that I had no idea about was lingering in my apt and I am SOOOOOO happy I got this service done. Usually one expects to wait forever for a service company to show up. Not Evergreen! They showed up EXACTLY ON TIME, and when I told them I was running 5 minutes late, they were very sweet and kind and told me it was no problem at all. They worked efficiently and didn't try and sell me anything more then what I asked for. I like honest people and they definitely fit that criteria. The best part of all is that they were efficient and didn't procrastinate. I saw them working very hard throughout the job and I felt they deserved every penny I spent of this service. I highly recommend anyone looking to get their air ducts cleaned to call Evergreen. It's nice to have a job done right. I feel better and am breathing better too. Nothing beats the feeling of a job well done. read more

Ugh, it seems like it's always allergy season for me. The sneezing, coughing, 24 hour kind of deal, on top of spring cleaning! Anyways, perhaps it was also due to spring cleaning that I notice asbestos while packing away my winter gear in the garage. It was small but watching Dr. Oz and his germaphobe hourly show and Inside Edition about molds, made me yelp. Yelping about food is one thing, yelping about cleaning stuff is another. I called in and a nice man greeted me on the phone. I told him that I had a problem with my air vent and if they could come check it out. Apparently, in order to remove the asbestos, I had to remove the duct as well and being an old home, twice my age, let's just say I'm an 80s kid, he was pretty cool with the price estimate. I was thinking it was more, but it wasn't. Moe, cool name right? came in and explained what needed to happen. To be honest, I didn't care just because I didn't know the jargon and just nodded. It was like taking OChem again. Moving on, he was really cool to talk to and told me he was stacked with clients so he couldn't do it til next week. I got a call that Saturday, saying that he had finished early and he came to my house and did work. Two hours later, voila! Good stuff. read more

Our attic was completely contaminated and needed to remove the old insulation and install new one. The attic smelled so bad and every time I turned on the AC there would be a foul smell coming out which was unbearable and needed to get cleaned ASAP. Evergreen came out the very next day to come and give an estimate for cleaning the attic and replacing insulation . Moe their tech was very very professional and explained what the process was and how long it will take.I agreed to the price and they came the next week to start the decontamination which lasted a full day. The next day they came by to lay the insulation which took about 4 hours and was the easy part of the job. The crew worked so well and so thoroughly that I didn't even have 1 complaint and I am usually a very picky person . Our attic is now clean and smells great which made me very happy that I chose this company and finally decided to take care of our attic . Great work and workmanship. Highly recommend . read more

I have a cat and hard wood floors. Granted I dust and swifter sweep the heck out of my hardwood floors. Every once in a while I would have a sneeze attack out of nowhere! I even have air purifiers! A friend suggested that I have my air ducts cleaned out, especially since the air conditioner has been running constantly. After Evergreen paid me a visit, my house just smells fresh. When I clean the fresh clean smell stays in the house longer. These guys were fantastic! Tal did an amazing job taking care of our difficult dryer air duct issues. He spent all day doing whatever necessary in order to replace our duct and vent. He was always cheerful and polite, and very considerate to keep our area clean and as if nothing had been done. His professionalism was outstanding. In fact, the entire company was fantastic. I 100% plan on using them again to clean out our air-conditioning ducts. There is absolutely no reason to hire anyone else to do your air duct cleaning / duct replacement. They run their company the correct way, and do an amazing job. I couldn't be happier with them. I would give them my absolute highest recommendation for anyone needing their services. Great job guys! And thank you. read more

*Update to review below. They gave me a refund and did the service for free. They were fantastic about rectifying the problem. I will now definitely use them again and recommend them. First time I used this company about 2 years ago to clean dryer vent, all went well. However, this most recent time around, I've found their main line to be inconsistent about calling back and they've now cancelled twice for appointments they've set with me to clean dryer vent due to their equipment being broken for over a week now. Really frustrating so now I'm calling around looking for a new company. read more

After the close of escrow I searched Angie's list and Yelp for a local company to have my air ducts cleaned. I didn't exactly want to go with a random company, that sent coupons to everyone in the city. When the guys came out they were uber professional and friendly. Plus, they arrived exactly when they said they would. They were very respectful of my time. They ended up having to replace some insulation in addition to cleaning and sanitizing the entire duck work of my house. This really gave me piece of mind because who knows what the previous owners did inside the home. I really appreciated the fact that the guys clean up after themselves and were cautious to not damage any furniture or scuffing any walls. The Yelp reviews don't lie! I found Evergreen on Yelp, and to be honest I don't know a lot about having my air ducts cleaned, apart from when I used a terrible company in the past. Isik and Andres came to my home the very next day of me calling and they were on time, and very professional and they went above and beyond talk me through the process and gave me a confirmed price that was the same on the phone. The only complaint I have is that I wish we would had found them sooner and not wasted our money on someone else coming to "clean" our vents only to find out he didn't even complete the job. I found the men both very professional, on time, and quick. So happy our air ducts are not a fire hazard anymore and they are working to our full potential and I have even noticed that my allergies are better as well as this being a cleaner enviroment for me and my family. Also worth mentioning: my husband called many places around the area and this was by far the best price we found. Most places will have hidden charges depending on how long the duct is or how much stuff they have to get out. The price Evergreen Air gave us over the phone was the price we paid. Can't beat that! Thank you Evergreen Air and thank you Yelp! We will 100% use you again!! A very happy customer read more

Bought the Groupon for up to seven air ducts cleaning. When the guy came out, he immediately went into hard sell. I've done sales for a while; pressuring a customer and saying "cancel your Groupon" is not good sales practice. When I politely declined the up-sale, he seemed quite frustrated. He hooked the machine to one vent and was in and out of the house in 20 minutes. I don't know much about air duct cleaning, but that didn't seem like a deep cleaning. I expected each vent to be vacuumed, but when I called and asked they said he ran the correct process: just vacuum the whole house through one vent. I later looked up their prices compared to other companies and this company has some of the best prices, so that was good to see. Even if it was just the one vent cleaned, I got what I paid for as they have listed prices of $45 per vent. read more

Tal and Giovanni did an awesome job cleaning our ducts. They are both so polite, so sweet, and provided me a thorough explanation of what was going to happen before they got to work. My dog was following them all around the house too, which was adorable. Dogs are a good judge of character so I trust these were good guys! My husband and I just moved into our home and found that the previous owners did not take great care of cleaning the air ducts. You could literally see the dust balls hanging outside and inside the vents that cover the ducts. It was really important to me to have this issue handled as soon as I could. I actually called Attic Masters to schedule this service, and Evergreen came out to conduct the service. They were done pretty quick, and the ducts look squeaky clean! Payment was also really easy. I was able to pay via credit card on Tal's cell phone, and my receipt was emailed to me. Tal and Giovanni did not try to sell me anything extra, but they did make a suggestion regarding what type of filter I should use. Their company offers a great filter, but I wasn't sure if I was ready to purchase. I need to do some research, but I will call them if we decide to get it. Thanks again, Tal and Giovanni! You guys did an awesome job! read more
