I wasn't super impressed with this office or with Dr Shaw but my kids were older and only needed annual check ups. When my son went in for his 12 year check up we discussed the HPV vaccine. I let Dr Shaw know we were not interested in this vaccine. My son was due for other vaccines and i consented to those. However, after reviewing his immunization chart recently I now see that he was given the HPV vaccine anyway, against my consent. We will never return to this practice again
