As of 2018, They're not taking new patients and not accepting anyone for waiting list.

I recently took my one year old in for a visit and LOVED Dr. Lisa. So relieved to have found quality pediatrician!

We were unhappy with our last pediatrician, but love coming here! Dr. Cambell is awesome and so are the other doctors we have seen.

He's a Wisconsin alumni which I love being one myself! If you are looking for a very laid back ped for your kiddos and someone that will ease your worried momma mind, see Dr. Dan. The rest of the staff is great too. We have had to see other Dr when Dr Dan isn't available and everyone there is great!

If you love your children please do not take them to Green Mountain Pediatrics…read more Dr. Paston is a liar. When I interviewed with her while I was pregnant with my oldest child, she assured me that they would provide patient and family centered care when it came to vaccines. However, as time passed herself and the staff in her office became less open to conversation and instead leaned in on the use of coercive fear tactics to make us feel bad if we chose not to follow the full CDC schedule. They bring in an intimidating "insurance form" if you choose not to get a vaccination that adds to the scare tactics. Most recently, they have given recommendations for my children that are reckless and will absolutely put their health at risk. However, if a child is not vaccinated in their clinic they lose out on that revenue. If a child receives a vaccine injury in their clinic and needs life long care, they then become a revenue stream for years to come. The doctors and staff at this clinic will choose revenue over your children's safety every time. When I have had questions that needed answers, I have had to call the practice multiple times, and leave multiple voice messages to get through to a person. There have been times where my rights as a parent/guardian have been completely neglected in the decision making process for my child's care. Last week, it was so bad that I had to walk into the office just to get a simple form put on file. Overall, there has to be better options in this area than Green Mountain Pediatrics. If you want to ensure that your questions are answered, that your children are receiving the appropriate patient centered care, and that their health and safety is not put at risk for financial gain, I implore you to choose another practice.

WORST PHYSICAL EXAM EVER WITH DR. MAHONEY! BEWARE: COMMONSPIRIT RECORDS YOUR VISITS WITHOUT…read moreDISCLOSURE OR PATIENT CONSENT, CHARGES RANDOM, UNDISCLOSED FEES (I.E., UP-CODING/INSURANCE FRAUD, IMO), AND DOUBLES-DOWN ON WRONGDOING INSTEAD OF RESOLVING ISSUES. PER THEIR LAME RESPONSE BELOW: I WAS NOT AT A HOSPITAL AND THEY KNOW IT. I AM NOT CONFUSED ABOUT THEIR BILLING BUT HAVE QUESTIONED THE VALIDITY BASED ON FACTS DESCRIBED IN THIS REVIEW: I booked an appointment for a wellness exam with Dr. Mahoney. My blood pressure/height/weight were recorded by a nurse. Dr. Mahoney came in and appeared to be jacked up on something (he kept rubbing his nose and was hyperactive). He made my weight an issue so I explained I am small-boned due to my ethnicity and that my weight has been consistent for decades. Despite this, Dr. Mahoney dwelled on it. Dr. Mahoney counted this as a "topic discussed" and coded/billed my insurance extra for it. CommonSpirit stated that I raised concerns about my weight which is 100% untrue. Dr. Mahoney "listened" to my heartbeat" while talking incessantly about how his mother-in-law takes testosterone and that it makes women aggressive. I did not ask about testosterone nor did I have any interest in having a drawn-out conversation about it. I did ask about HRT to prevent bone loss. Dr. Mahoney counted all of this as a "topic discussed" and coded/billed my insurance extra for it. Dr. Mahoney told me that he cleaned another patient's ear out ("the son of a cardiologist") and made him bleed so that patient was annoyed with him. I don't blame this patient for being annoyed with Dr. Mahoney for the physical harm caused. I also feel annoyed after my unfortunate experience with Dr. Mahoney. I was not in a gown and other than checking my ears while telling a story about another patient he PHYSICALLY HARMED, and talking about testosterone while listening to my heart, nothing else was done. In addition, Dr. Mahoney forgot to submit paperwork for a requested test. When I received a questionnaire about my experience, I gave honest feedback. I then received a bill from Common Spirit with a new patient fee for $165 to "establish care" that my insurance will not cover. Since I am not going to return to this practice due to gross incompetence, negligence, and unprofessionalism, I reached out to their Patient Representative, Keani to discuss it. In response, I received two very troubling letters from CommonSpirit. In one, the $165 fee is now being called a fee to cover "too many topics discussed beyond the scope of a regular annual exam." (Unfair, as Dr. Mahoney brought up many unnecessary topics.) CommonSpirit also states that Dr. Mahoney used "ambient scribing" to record the entire appointment. This is illegal as it was not disclosed and I did not provide consent. HOWEVER, it can be used in court to confirm everything I describe above. Please note that CommonSpirit only allows 5-star reviews of their doctors on their website which IMO is misleading and unethical. When I asked about this, they said a third-party company collects feedback (i.e., they dodged my question). When I pointed out that one-star reviews appear on other websites, they stated they have "no control" over other platforms (unlike their own platform, which they evidently manipulate). CommonSpirit billed my insurance company over $850...and they want $165 from me. They got more than enough for the worst physical I have ever experienced. I am not paying $165 for that horrendous exam. Attempts by CommonSpirit to remind me to pay $165 will be considered harassment and treated legally as such.

Convenience is what keeps me coming back... I wouldn't say I've received the utmost quality care…read morewhile being treated by the physicians here, as I've seen both doctors who work in the practice and have received conflicting information and prescription suggestions, which I find to be a bit unsettling. For the most part, the front desk receptionists have been welcoming and polite, but I recently dealt with an employee responsible for scheduling and she was anything less than respectful while rescheduling my appointment over the phone. The clinic itself is clean and well-kept, but if it weren't so close to where I live, I wouldn't be spending my money here. *Update: When scheduling bloodwork, be persistent with the front desk staff about the time of your appointment. I recently went in for a fasting panel (takes approximately 2 minutes to complete) and my appointment was scheduled for 8:45. I waited until 9:30 and watched four patients go back, all who had checked in after me. Finally, the technician came out and apologized for getting paperwork confused, but not once did the front desk staff look up to see I had been patiently waiting for 45 minutes for my bloodwork. Appointments are rarely on time (20 minutes after you're scheduled, if you're lucky) and I understand most doctor's offices cannot guarantee a time frame, but the receptionists here could care less if you've been sitting for over an hour. My last visit consisted of listening to the two women up front discuss what size clothing they wore... It was incredibly distracting for the other 4-5 patients who had to sit through their personal conversation at 9 a.m.

No email, no phone call, no contact through either of their "online" portal systems. Sent me to collections for $60 without ever contacting me or my wife. I've never been sent to collections before in my life and since my credit doesn't matter anymore, I will not be paying it. I think they should be sued for turning people over to collections without notification, especially when they take my credit card every time I walk in the door! So it's my fault you charged my credit card, but not for the correct amount? I will never be going back and based on all the stellar 1* reviews here, I've learned my lesson to now check first. *FYI: if anyone is planning on suing and wants to it to be a class action, feel free to contact me.
