I had already gotten an estimate from the largest, best known body shop in the area and wanted to get a second estimate. My estimate at Frankfurth was far more reasonable than my first one was, but what made me choose them was that it's a mom and pop local business run by a honest, hardworking family man named Chris, a father who lives locally. It isn't always about saving every last dollar. There are things that are nearly as important to me. All things being equal, I'd always rather give my money to a locally owned/operated business than some big, faceless, corporate body shop. I could not have been more pleased with the whole process. I appreciated Frankfurth's fair prices, but I was thrilled with the quality of their work. My truck came out looking perfect. They did exactly what they promised they would do and finished on time. Their repair was flawless and they even returned my vehicle washed and showroom clean. You just can't beat that. I highly recommend Frankfurth & Son's Auto Body for all your body shop needs. Everyone there was personable, professional and honest. They made me a customer for life.

It's a brand new 2017 Honda Civic and the owner Joe made sure the job was done right. The Geico claims adjuster on the other hand tried to push a non-genuine part on me (which didnt fit right) and Joe got the genuine Honda part I needed. The tri-coat ( white pearl style) paint matched the car and there were no issues with fit. Joe could have tried to pull some angle to make more money off this repair using the aftermarket part but he didnt. He was honest and did the right thing. As far as Geico, I wont say the claim adjusters name here because Im not sure if it was his personal decision or Geico forcing him to push an aftermarket part on me. Either way....I will never be a Geico customer again. Btw, Joe's work has a lifetime warranty.

The dealership has been around for a long time and it has done a lot of good for the community. You can tell the family that owns it cares. It was also very clean inside. Nic is very good at his job. He talked us through everything, showed us only what we asked to see (the first vehicle was the winner), and at no point did we ever feel pressured to make a purchase. We had to wait a while to see the person in the finance department after we had chosen a vehicle so we simply sat at Nic's desk and chatted with him. As I mentioned above, we left the lot with the vehicle we wanted. Nic was very kind and helpful throughout the whole process and even sent me a text later that day, thanking us and letting us know we can contact him with any questions. I tried to get them to correct price as used and to get milage corrected for warranty concerns. Neither was done. Being a "new" car I was told it came with oil changes as long as I owned the car. Went in last week for oil change preparing for a trip. Quick lube was all torn up for remodel or some changes. They said they could do it in the main shop for $149. ?? Also asked them about a noise in the indoor fan. I was pretty sure there was something in the fan that should not be. They said it would be $99 to put it on the scope to check, plus whatever the repair cost was. Told them I would need to wait a bit. Took the car back about 2 months later. The cost now to put it on the scope was $250. No way did I have the money, and they should have honored the $99 they had told me. Especially since I was almost positive what it was since I had had the same problem on another car. Needless to say, I walked out. Took it to a friend opening a new shop. He had a friend put it on a scope. Problem was exactly as I thought. I bought a new filter and they put in for me. Took less than 30 minutes. All at a cost lower than the original $99. For a dealer job with OEM parts, this costs around $4500 for the front pair. After doing tons of research, I decided to utilize a quality aftermarket kit. However, when I talked to the dealer, they tried to steer me away from this, and while they said they could do it with aftermarket parts, they seemed very unsure and cited issues with prior customers going this route. Another local shop told me they wouldn't be comfortable replacing just the rotors (they wanted me to bring a factory rotor/hat assembly which is honestly unnecessary if old hats are in good shape). I did not feel very confident with both shops. I reached out to Matsenko on yelp by chance and their tech, William, responded within a couple of hours and knew exactly what I was trying to do. I was honestly surprised at how knowledgeable he was with my specific brake job and decided to give them a shot. They got me in quick, and everything was done by end of next day. The brake job is excellent, there is no noise or judder, and braking action is very smooth. In addition, they did an hvac cleaning for me (i had some contamination in my evaporator core) which another shop tried, and failed, and charged me $500 for the whole ordeal. All of this was done well at a fraction of the cost at Matsenko, and I saved thousands. I am very pleased with everything, and the amount of attention to communication I received is something I rarely see these days. Everyone was also very nice and personable, from the shop owner, to the tech and to reception which is also less common these days. I drove all the way from Olympia to have this done, and when my rear brakes need a swap, I know who I'll be calling Thank you for the wonderful service everyone!
