I had already gotten an estimate from the largest, best known body shop in the area and wanted to get a second estimate. My estimate at Frankfurth was far more reasonable than my first one was, but what made me choose them was that it's a mom and pop local business run by a honest, hardworking family man named Chris, a father who lives locally. It isn't always about saving every last dollar. There are things that are nearly as important to me. All things being equal, I'd always rather give my money to a locally owned/operated business than some big, faceless, corporate body shop. I could not have been more pleased with the whole process. I appreciated Frankfurth's fair prices, but I was thrilled with the quality of their work. My truck came out looking perfect. They did exactly what they promised they would do and finished on time. Their repair was flawless and they even returned my vehicle washed and showroom clean. You just can't beat that. I highly recommend Frankfurth & Son's Auto Body for all your body shop needs. Everyone there was personable, professional and honest. They made me a customer for life.

The dealership has been around for a long time and it has done a lot of good for the community. You can tell the family that owns it cares. It was also very clean inside. Nic is very good at his job. He talked us through everything, showed us only what we asked to see (the first vehicle was the winner), and at no point did we ever feel pressured to make a purchase. We had to wait a while to see the person in the finance department after we had chosen a vehicle so we simply sat at Nic's desk and chatted with him. As I mentioned above, we left the lot with the vehicle we wanted. Nic was very kind and helpful throughout the whole process and even sent me a text later that day, thanking us and letting us know we can contact him with any questions. I also want to give a shout out to the manager, who came by to say hi to us early on, and to Greg Smith, the gentleman in financing. He was very nice and helpful, as well. P.S. I tried to get them to correct price as used and to get milage corrected for warranty concerns. Neither was done. Being a "new" car I was told it came with oil changes as long as I owned the car. Went in last week for oil change preparing for a trip. Quick lube was all torn up for remodel or some changes. They said they could do it in the main shop for $149. ?? Also asked them about a noise in the indoor fan. I was pretty sure there was something in the fan that should not be. They said it would be $99 to put it on the scope to check, plus whatever the repair cost was. Told them I would need to wait a bit. Took the car back about 2 months later. The cost now to put it on the scope was $250. No way did I have the money, and they should have honored the $99 they had told me. Especially since I was almost positive what it was since I had had the same problem on another car. Needless to say, I walked out. Took it to a friend opening a new shop. He had a friend put it on a scope. Problem was exactly as I thought. I bought a new filter and they put in for me. Took less than 30 minutes. All at a cost lower than the original $99. Tyler took my car into a bay and pounded out the driver side door panel so that I could open my door all the way and replaced the turn signal light. This way I could drive legally. Had oil change and asked to inspect. No charge for inspection. With so many raising prices stating inflation or tariffs my costs were a mere 8 bucks more than same month last year. They were quick gave me a list with how pressing other matters were. AND let me know Nothing was immediately pressing. Find another mechanic that is that honest.
