Worst of all...they broke THREE collectible Llardro figurines on two separate occasions! The company did get them fixed but very poorly, now they have little to no value. The repairs show cracks and I am very disappointed in the repair job. They also broke lightbulbs and missed cleaning sections several times. None of the cleaners speak English so it's very hard to communicate. The company never offered to provide a credit for the missed sections or for the inconvenience and depreciating value of my collectibles. I called to discuss all the issues and they did give me 10% off. Needless to say, I will not be using this company anymore.

When we mentioned dropping the service and asking for our key to be returned, not one question regarding WHY we were leaving. I guess this kind of told us our loyalty was not appreciated. SAD!

We used this cleaning company for nearly two years, across two different homes. In the beginning,…read morethe service was solid and consistent, which is why we stayed with them for so long. Unfortunately, over the last six months or so, the quality declined noticeably and steadily. I raised concerns multiple times and asked for specific notes to be added to our account so that the cleaners knew where to pay attention, but despite those efforts, the issues continued and in some cases worsened. It included simple things like the TV console and desks not even being dusted to fully missing cleaning entire rooms. At that point, it became clear the problems weren't being effectively addressed. On the positive side, Andrea, the coordinator, was always very kind and responsive, and the pricing was reasonable. However, consistent quality is key with a cleaning service, and that ultimately fell short. Because of this, I wouldn't recommend the company.
