Mr. Madden went above and beyond--allowing us to keep our disabled camper on his property while a replacement axle was shipped all the way from the Rockwood plant in Indiana. Once the part arrived, the repairs were completed quickly and at a more-than-reasonable cost. We were never charged a storage fee, and every interaction was marked by professionalism and kindness.
