To make matters worse halfway through the carwash they lost power or something and we were stranded in the wash for 5 to 10 minutes when it should have only taken that time to get it done sitting with the jeep idling and nobody's saying anything to us. The manager eventually made his way out to the tunnel and assured us that everything was OK and that help was on its way, but shortly after the energy was renewed to the carwash, and we were able to pull the vehicles out of the tunnel. The manager gave us an options in order to move forward after what happened, we decided to go with a full refund and go elsewhere later since we were trying to get somewhere on the other side of town. Although it seems like things were going south with this experience, the manager turned things around and did a great job to be sure we were satisfied with the service there. They have competitive prices with other car washes we've been to of this type, and we would possibly return to this one in the future.

Milk and bread are usually a bargain as well. Kwik Trip was early in the store brand game, so you'll find a lot of quality snack foods with their own names on them for less than the big brands. Washrooms are always spotless. The company is an amazing growth story, when I first started visiting them in Lacrosse, WI, they had three stores. Now 800+ in WI, IL, IA, and MN.

Terrible management of this car wash. Kwik Trip has a better wash compared to this one. This place should be condemned. I don't think it will be an operation much longer. Taking a 2 hour lunch and making a 30 minute drive on a rainy day, I decided to pay for the most premium car wash experience called the "Ultimate Wash". Again, it was a rainy day, so all that was needed was the vacuum inside the car. Following the wash (with a tip) I raced back to work after the long lunch and drive back to the office. At the end of the day, I noticed the back of my car had not been touched. Hair all over the place. When I called, the owner did not even get on the phone with me, and did not offer any discount or refund. I will never go back, nor will I ever recommend.
