This year, my lawn got pretty brown and I could no longer keep up with watering it. I found this business on Yelp and decided to give it a shot; best decision I could have made. Not only did I get a response quickly, but the work was able to be done sooner than any other landscaping company I talked to by a considerable amount. I got an irrigation/sprinkler system installed and now watering my lawn is merely an afterthought. In addition, I had a flower bed put in the front of my house and it looks awesome. Curt is a hard working and down to earth guy. I was very happy to give him my business and will continue to do so. He puts in the time and effort needed to deliver with quality. Curt now mows my lawn regularly and even treats it when needed. I could not be happier with his services and I highly recommend him to anyone for their lawn and landscaping needs.

You can tell Weed and Feed instills this mentality in their employees as well, they have always been friendly and accommodating to my needs (and careful of the gate to get into the yard). Jack's Lawn Service and Snow Plowing is wonderful. My husband and I have used them for a couple of…read moreyears now, and I am continually impressed with them. Their landscaping services are pretty good, particularly if you want to be hands-off throughout the season. When we first hired them, I walked them through the yard, explaining exactly what we wanted done, particularly shrubs and hedges, and they did everything just as requested. When something was missed upon occasion, they always came out to fix it within the week. Because many of the summer hires are men in their young 20s, they do need more direction on the first visit than an experienced professional landscape architect would. However, they do a good job when they know what you would actually like done. We also use them for snowplowing. Personally, this is where I feel that they really shine. We have a very difficult driveway. It is quite long, uphill, with a Y shape to it. It also has a dip where the driveway meets the road, and the road itself is a main street, and quite busy. The snowplower usually waits until dark for us. This is great, because it means that (s)he is able to get all of the snow that fell in the day, and we can still drive to work in the morning. They also take great care in how they plow. They are careful to pile the snow where it will be out of the way, with enough room to allow build-up across the course of the winter season. They also plow the entrance to the driveway in such a way that my low-clearance sedan rarely, if ever, gets caught in the snow. We also use them to do our city walks, as the property line is quite long on that side. They always do a superb job. One time, they came and plowed and an hour later the city came by a sent a 1.5 foot mound of snow into our driveway, meaning we couldn't leave the house until it was plowed again. Jack's came out and fixed it, free of charge, even though they had just come. At the beginning of spring, they also come and repair the turf and re-seed any areas that got caught by the plow, free of charge. Overall, I would highly recommend Jack's.
