Kylie was so kind making sure our kids looked their absolute best, and her father took the most beautiful pictures. They felt relaxed and comfortable. Kylie loaded our photos to our phones before we left. We are committed life-long customers from here on out. Kylie also does wedding and grad photos, as well as makeup and makeup tutorials. Everett Santa is an institution here in Everett. It has moved arond over the years, but every location has the same charm. It's a family affair, with dad as photographer and daughters at the desk. We think grandpa is sitting in for Santa, but forgot to ask (since little ears were all around). The photography area has so many toys, many of which are from my childhood and earlier. It is such a fun display. It looks like the staging area of Santa's workshop. I suggest that inquisitive kids (like mine)have a few minutes to explore before the photos. Otherwise focus on the camara is not priority. Santa is wonderful and makes everyone feel comfortable. He asks about wishes and is sure to repeat them loud enough for everyone to hear. The photos are taken candid and portrait. About 18-24 are snapped, then digitally displayed at the counter for you to choose. I used an Amazon Local deal for $32 and got two choices on an unlocked disk. You can get them all for $75. The photos are good quality and are great for Christmas cards. The lobby is very open and pretty nondescript. This is wonderful as the kids can run around and have fun chasing the laser lights on the floor. There are two comfy couches to relax on while you wait for your session. But the wait isn't long. We were on time for our session and were in and out in 30 minutes. The team moves things along well without rushing. Everyone was super nice and we enjoyed the visit. We have been here before and will continue in the years to come. read more

We were looking for a Santa experience to remember and we got it! My grandkids 2 & 4 were entranced by Santa and his workshop. The photographer snapped photos as they interacted with Santa. The result was a very personal experience with photos we will treasure. Also, no long frustrating wait, or large crowds. Parking was no problem. We will be back next year! read more

This place was great. We brought our family of 7 here and they took excellent photos with a great, authentic appearing Santa. We have kids ranged from 18 to 1yr old and the photos turned out great with smiles from all 5 kids. On top of that, Santa asked them what they wanted and took the time to really listen and engage them. The photographer was great. She was patient and took a ton of photos, which we get to keep with their package. We walked away with between 15-20 photos and they gave us a chance to try a few different poses with individual photos if we wanted, and then kids only, and then whole fam including us parents. Very impressed, great experience, and new location is also great near 52nd and Evergreen Way. It's just south of the QFC on the east side of the road. read more

I had high hopes for this Santa experience. We came here at the recommendation of a coworker. They said it was great and they go every year. So I was excited to visit this establishment with my family for my first child's first Christmas. Special right? Not. The whole experience was the opposite of Jolly Christmas experience we were hoping for at a premium price. My husband and I were not very impressed by the location, but we were willing to look past that as long as the interior was festive, warm, and bright...you know, like a place where Santa WOULD set up shop. Upon entering the cold, dark reception space, we were concerned. The reception girl called to us to sign in on the clip board at the desk (no warm welcome), and we were told to wait in a space that felt like Christmas purgatory. The idea of scheduling an appointment to see Santa and take pictures was very appealing as opposed to waiting an hour in line at the mall. However, when you have to wait 30-45 minutes AFTER your scheduled time, it sort of defeats the purpose of setting an appointment. The photographer was sassy and reminded me of the mean elves from A Christmas Story. Santa was passive and seemed drained by the weight of being a slave to christmas capitalism. The toy shop was anything but a quaint toy maker's paradise, perhaps a hoarder's paradise. Obviously we will not return. This was not the place for us. We will seek elsewhere for the experience we want. read more

I had thought that based off of reviews from friends who had gone years previous that this would be a good place to go - my family usually goes elsewhere, but this year our "Santa" was sick. I cannot believe the customer service in this place, however, and I by no means am picky as I understand the world that is retail and customer service (and crying kids). The staff treated us horrendously, picking up two phone calls to talk to other clients while we were sitting and waiting for the photo to be taken. They were abrasive, rude, and aggressive - Santa told our four year old son to stop moving and held his seat down with his foot to prevent him from moving. The photographer demanded to know who was related to who as we had a larger group for the photo, and upon discovering that no, we were not all blood-related, asked "Why are they here then?". I was dumbfounded to hear this after waiting 10 minutes for him to get off the phone (the first time). Also, the price was changed once we went up front. The picture was good, however I will never return due to the horrible staff and service. read more

I cannot say enough positive things about this place! The photographer was amazing and captured some really wonderful shots. Santa was charming and spent more time than I would've expected, chatting with my son and making him laugh and smile. They were so gracious and generous to me when I made the mistake of thinking my Groupon was for this Everett Santa. From what I understand, it was a lucky mistake because I don't think I would've had anywhere near the great photos I got here. We have been going to this Santa shop forever! From boyfriend and girlfriend to fiancés to husband and wife and this year we will be taking our baby there for her first visit with Santa! The photography is top tier like you can't find anywhere around here and the studio is warm and welcoming. Santa's workshop is so unique and has so many great vintage toys. The people working the front desk have a smile on their face and they stick as close to appointment times as possible. The only reason this place has 2 stars from me is only because it was NOT Santa's fault and through our photo shoot you could see he was uncomfortable. I went to Everett Santa expecting to get EVERETT SANTA. Instead we received a nicely suited Santa and a team of money grieving elves. The santa in the photos advertised is NOT the santa you get to see. And the photographer and his assistant were discussing negative yelp reviews IN FRONT OF US which was also distracting the photographer from taking pictures. Santa seemed a bit concerned (probably because there was so much in professionalism going on by his team) and in every single one of the pictures we have he has 0 smile and you can see his concern. When we finished we were charged $98 for 10 shots of pictures of a Santa who is not engaged and looks concerbned, 2 cds and a story from the owner who let me know the Santa I was expecting to see was off doing his own business and although she advertised his photos on her business, she said that HE was illegally using her business name. Isn't he the Santa? Next year I will seek out to find the actual Real EVERETT SANTA. Who by the way bartender my sisters wedding and is fabulous for that and as a fun authentic Santa!!!! read more

I have visited their last 3 locations for one reason. This is a seasonal business and I want more than a photo with Santa. They put a lot of effort in having a studio with props that meet the needs everything from a family with a new born, teenagers, or adults. My girlfriend and I use their photos to do our annual Christmas cards and have always been very satisfied. The pictures at this establishment are very high quality, the service on the other hand leaves something to be desired. I found myself less than impressed with the photographer who seemed to be far more interested in hitting on the single mother, who arrived just before us, than showing any courtesy and consideration to my 8 month old nephew who had been waiting patiently for 30 minutes to get his picture taken. I had called the morning of our pictures to schedule an appointment, as was requested on the website. We arrived promptly at 3:30 and found that Santa and the photographer were not even there yet and waited until 3:50 before he actually showed. Once they both showed, the photographer began the sessions without checking appointment times or checking the sign in sheet to see who had arrived first. After skipping us twice for families that had arrived at least 15 minutes after us, I finally walked back to the photo area to make sure we were not skipped again. Even though we were standing right there with a small baby, he proceeded to tell the single mother that her child was next, even though her appointment wasn't scheduled until 4pm. Luckily, the woman was very kind and realized that my nephew was getting extremely restless from waiting for 30 minutes and told the photographer to let us go first. As is normal for an 8 month old who had been siting for 30 minutes, my nephew cried during the photo session. Rather than trying to help console him or allowing me to get him settled, the photographer rudely ordered me to step out of the shot and took the pictures anyway. He had been more than kind to the families before us, but for some reason, immediately decided that he didn't like us and treated us accordingly. I left the session extremely irritated with the way we had been treated and resolving not to go back again. The woman who was checking everyone in and out was very kind and I appreciated her service, but will not be subjecting my nephew to the rude photographer again next year. read more

We visited this Santa last year and although it wasn't warm and welcoming as others have stated, we got a great shot and left happy. However, in order to get this great shot we spent a good 10-15 minutes with Santa and there were many photos taken. I was excited to return this year and had high hopes. It was an extremely disappointing experience. First, they double booked our time slot. When we were finally taken back to see Santa, the photographer (also the owner) took the first shot before my son had even turned to look at Santa let alone sit on his lap and said "we got it, I think we're done". We stayed in there another 2-3 minutes and got 10 more shots, all of which were horrible. Not only that but he found it necessary to tell us our son needed a hair cut because he has long hair. So rude. Once we reviewed the photos there wasn't one winner and I was still being rushed so I said I would just take all 11 photos. After he ran my card I saw it was $81!!! The price went up considerably since last year. $81 for garbage. I would have had a better experience at the mall. I would have let it all go had my son been able to spend more then 3 minutes with Santa and enjoyed the experience himself. He was so excited and was pushed out before he even had the chance to say a word or two. I will not be returning next year. read more
