This is a family owned business that takes great pride in what they offer. From concept into design and our finished space it was so easy with their process. We met several times to plan what we wanted. The team of employees were great to work with given we needed a lot of help with design. We were than sent to various vendors who they work with. Working off our agreed upon budget each had a price range for us. You can stay within that or go above, it's your budget. Than we had a kickoff meeting where we were introduced to our head carpenter Phil. Work began and the amount of care for our home, lifestyle and the craftsmanship was evident from day one. We are now using our completed bathroom and every day we are so excited. The attention to detail and building exactly what we wanted was unmatched. I hope I don't miss anyone but a huge shoutout to Larry and Mitch the owners. Martha, Austin and the rest of the office staff. Phil and all the employees who created our dream bathroom. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who has a home project to be done. Thank you doesn't seem like enough to this company. Well done

Just as importantly, LBK employees are kind and conscientious. They sent us gift baskets both when they heard about a death in our family and when they found out we were pregnant with our first child. And last week, when we had a leak that damaged the kitchen ceiling, they came out immediately (within 1 hour of us calling) to investigate. Even though it turned out that the leak was coming from our bathroom and was unconnected to the work they had done last summer, LBK still covered the repair of the kitchen ceiling, drywall, and painting under the warranty. Jose, our project manager, was instrumental in getting this done. Less than a week later, it was good as new. We are so grateful to LBK for their service and generosity, and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality work and excellent customer relations.

We absolutely loved working with their team and could not recommend them more highly. Even from the start of "sales" process, no one ever pressured us, and the team was completely understanding of and worked within our budget. The design process was really easy and enjoyable - LBK really got to know us and suggested designs and items for the spaces that really fit with our personalities and themes. Once that was done, the team was clear about when the project would get started and overall timelines. The Project Manager and on-site team were absolutely wonderful - they were always respectful of the space and our family when we were in and out and by cleaning up at the end of the day. The head carpenter for each of the jobs (kitchen and master bath) also took our space and family's tastes in mind for individual recommendations when looking at final fittings/hardwares, etc. Even all the individual contractors they had come in for the work (electricians, plumbers, etc.) were all very considerate. I could not recommend this LBK Design team more highly - you will be in such trustworthy and skilled hands throughout the whole process.

He was able to get us on his calendar in a great time frame for the two day project and assisted us with choosing the best color grout. When the job was completed, there was no extra clean up work for us to do. We are VERY happy with the work Mike did. The tiling is well done, grout turned out great and it really makes a statement in our kitchen. We look forward to using Rossi Tile in the future again, and definitely recommend.

All 3 contractors understood our goals, but Peter's experience working on similar jobs was the most helpful in refining our plans to minimize costs and maximize functionality / ease of maintenance. During the work, his crew was always professional/polite and took great care to limit the impact of demo/construction to the area they were working in. Renovations are expensive and disruptive so selecting a contractor that can efficiently deliver expert craftmanship at a reasonable price is the key to success. Kulp Tile and Marble exceeded our expectations in both areas, and we would strongly recommend anyone considering a similar project to include a conversation with Peter as a first step.

The team quickly removed the unnecessary cinder blocks and elevated the base for the stone (important to us since we need drainage). They even put grass seed down and cleaned up the yard.
