Ordered flowers from this place the day before I wanted to pick them up. It was for my friend who just started a new job and when she saw the flowers- they were so beautiful! First I want to say that I really miss the Mira Mesa location!! The whole experience was excellent. The driver called in the morning to let us know that the delivery was on the way. The driver was on time and very friendly. My wife was surprised for the home delivery of some fresh flowers! The flowers exceeded my expectations. The vase was huge with cool, little diamond stones at the bottom in the water. The flowers were wrapped with some banana leaves so they would not droop in the heat this week. Definitely something I should have done earlier during this quarantine period. I will be ordering again soon. Thanks. read more

I stopped in here finally after passing it so many times to get my friend Lucky some flowers. they sell the flowers individually and some bouquets are available but everything I saw was extremely expensive and out of my price range I asked the man working there how much one orchid stalk was and he told me it was $48 for one stem. I thought I misunderstood him and I said that's crazy it's way too expensive (it wasn't even a plant it was a stem that needs water and it's going to die). When I said it was too expensive he got angry with me and did a thing with his hand and said no it's not and brushed me off. after the way he acted I didn't even want to try and look for anything affordable because that was horrible customer service. Bottom line is you have to be rich to be able to afford the flowers here. I ended up getting him a very nice orchid plant at trader Joe's for a fraction of the cost. They sell orchid plants for like 80 to $100 for an orchid. read more

I've been coming to this hidden gem for a years, ever since they've opened. They have pre-made bouquets or you can choose individual flowers and make your own. The owner is always so helpful, giving me advice on which ones look good together and he always makes me the most beautiful bouquets/arrangements. Flowers are beautiful and they last a very long time. Prices are reasonable (except during Mother's or Valentine's Day). This is my go to florist! read more

Just started my own business in haku Lei making! I came here excited to ask about floral business. The gentlemen I spoke to was giving me short answers and seemed kind of rude while I was asking questions. I wanted to show him my product he was uninterested. Flowers do seem to be overpriced. This will be lengthy... We used to love this place, well the location in Hillcrest, same ownership but night and day different staff and experience. Been buying flowers from the Hillcrest location for 15+ years even though prices can be found cheaper, we loved the flowers and the service there. Last week we went to this location on 30th to get 7 small bouquets for our wedding. As soon as we mentioned wedding the guy, I believe owner, said $150 each! That's over $1,000 for flowers. Mind you he had no idea what we actually wanted - size, arrangement, type of flowers etc. We told him we just wanted small bouquets, more wild flower looking, nothing fancy. Still $150, said it's not worth his time to do it for less. What's interesting he has premade bouquets much larger than we wanted for $32, think about that!! That's when I knew ok this man does not want to work and is here to rip people off and stuff his pockets with zero care about the clients. Must have been the magic word - WEDDING that instantly skyrocketed prices. The man refused to even cut the flowers to length and put a ribbon on them that we brought unless we paid him $150 per. We already wasted our time so were invested and due to the nostalgia ended up picking out the flowers ourselves for purchase. Now guess how much ? $200 for loose flowers, no arrangement, again wouldn't even cut them to size, but sweetened the deal - gave us rubber bands as courtesy- Thanks for making our day special! It was infuriating knowing we were getting ripped off, but I didn't want to ruin things any more by losing it. Spent the next day making bouquets in our hotel room - can't think of anything else we could have been doing instead.... Anyway they turned out great, no thanks to him, but then again you throw any flowers together they look great, flowers are beautiful no matter what. Avoid this lazy thief! Don't blame his flowers, but on principle I'd never give him another penny. read more

I've been coming here for sometime now and have had nothing but the best experience. However, today (Mother's Day) I was treated like scum and felt EXTREMELY UNAPPRECIATED. I can understand the stress with the busy holiday, although being a mom and pop shop you'd think they'd want business and be at LEAST a little friendly. The owner was ringing me up and was upset I was asking the value of 2 flowers.... Word of advice, if it's going to irritate you having customers ask prices you might want to have prices on each bucket with corresponding flower. Sad to say I will no longer be supporting this business and ABSOLUTELY WILL NOT RECCOMEND. I'll take my business elsewhere, somewhere where I feel VALUED. BTW- I spend 60 today and have spent well over 1k over the past few months. read more

You can have a field day creating your own bouquet here or you can buy some of their own beautiful arrangements. I LOVE this flower stand! They have such beautiful fresh selections of flowers. This place is worth driving to in my opinion. Parking isn't the greatest when it comes to Hillcrest, so I suggest having someone drop you off and have them circle around while you take a look. They have a small parking lot, but the spaces are REALLY tight and I believe you have to pay for the spots. I was SUPER lucky to snag a parking spot on the street where the meter still had money in it! Antonio was kind enough to put together a customized bouquet for me. My sister is graduating from SDSU and I wanted red and white flowers and he whipped it up in about 10 minutes. The bouquet he made came out gorgeous! Best flower place ever. Used them when they were located in Target parking lot in Mira Mesa. Honestly, I called them after looking at their website and not finding an arrangement I loved. Let them know my budget, where I wanted it delivered and gave them the freedom to put together a bouquet. It came out better than I expected and was delivered on-time to the restaurant! I'll admit that I am at fault for not asking the prices of the individual flowers before I checked out...but I buy flowers a lot and never would have expected an average sized bouquet (no vase) to cost $100! It was the day before Mother's Day and based on some of the other reviews, I guess they mark up the prices before holidays (?). None of the buckets of flowers are labeled with a price so I guess they just charge whatever they want depending on the day. I love to support local, but I could have purchased 5x the amount of flowers at a grocery store. Lesson learned - I won't return and I do not recommend this place. read more

Stopped by on the way back home after a jaunt to South Park for some shopping. I wanted to bring back a small something for my SO for taking care of me as I had been under the weather. I found a lovely assortment of flowers and tastefully done arrangements for those who need a bouquet on the go. The prices are fair and the flowers are lovely, fresh and pleasing to the eye. I chose a small arrangement of irises. While being done, I admired a couple of long stemmed roses - taking in their bouquet and marveling at the richness in color. After my arrangement was wrapped, this very generous employee gifted me the roses. After my surprise subsided, I managed to stammer a very appreciative thank you. I am a fan. read more

Went to this little shop right by balboa park on Valentine's for some last minute flowers (I'm a procrastinator). Had an amazing selection of roses, daisies, orchids, and other flowers I can't name but looked very nice. Had some great bouquets for reasonable prices even for Valentine's Day. Would highly recommend this place for vday or any other location over bigger flower operations. Don't waste your money on online flower sites that give you questionable flowers. The employees were also very helpful (I still have no idea what I'm doing when I'm buying flowers) and cheerful. Great place I will be getting my flowers here from now on. Hablan espanol. read more

I got my refund and cancelled the entire order. Whomever this mgr is who took my call....she needs a lesson in customer appreciation and not to be sassy when people are calling. 0 stars if possible! in response to the post...i did not ask for a refund of the purchase AND free flowers. I wanted the flowers...why would i want a refund and to deliever the flowers. no one works for free! I wanted a $10 refund but the gal who called me wouldnt listen, was snappy, and short.

I am currently out of state for work and an unknown number was calling my cellphone, it was the delivery driver from a trusted florist that was sublet to take care of my order. The driver was going to deliver to the wrong address even though she read the proper address back to me over the phone. I spent about 10-15 minutes on the phone walking her through finding the location of our home and verified delivery via camera and doorbell. When you're paying a premium price to have something done properly and this is the outcome, it was extremely disappointing. I will not be using four seasons flowers for any special occasion again, big let down on many levels. 5-10-2026: To the owner of the shop that just replied back to my review. I am not sure how much more clear I can make this to you, the CORRECT address was provided and everything was filled out appropriately on my end, I am not understanding why you are harping on the fact that this was an online order, if your operation doesn't have the capacity to accommodate this then don't offer it as a service. There is absolutely NO difference in placing an order in person, over the phone and or online. The "trusted" florist you decided to pawn this order off on still attempted to deliver to the WRONG address. Nothing about this was as a success and I cannot believe you have the audacity in a public platform to try and deflect the way that you are. I spent 10-15 minutes on the phone with an elderly delivery driver explaining to her very kindly, that wherever she was going was not the correct address, I am struggling to understand what about this are you not understanding? I am absolutely flabbergasted that instead of reaching back out in attempt to correct the issues, especially in a review, this is your stance. Your address is irrelevant when you're listed as one of the top rated florists in San Diego, if you didn't know, Chula Vista is 100% part of the city. Adding photos for context, maybe you want to rethink your "trusted" partnership approach. Pretty ridiculous again your take on things. Will NEVER be using your shop again and will be sure to spread the word to friends and family to steer clear of your establishment! Very funny that the florist is claiming this is the first email they received, my first communication to them was not the one they decided to include in their review, don't believe everything you read. The owner is incredibly defensive and does all that she can to deflect and spin any negative review to benefit her operation. Go and check yelp and google and get a kick out of it if you have time. The only thing good that came of this after airing things out publicly was a refund.

This wholesale flower market was such a discouraging experience. All of the flowers were sad and dying and brown and it is pricey for a "wholesale pricing" business. I ended up having to go to Trader Joe's for three of the flower varieties I was looking for and not only did Trader Joes have them but they were vibrant and lively and, far less expensive. The wholesale flower market is great for greens, ribbon, floral accessories, vessels and maybe exotic florals that are pre-ordered, other than it was a bust.

Horrible business. Go elsewhere for much nicer leis where what is pictured is at least close to…read morewhat you get. They sent the wrong order first of all-then sent a dead depressing lei rather than a the big white orchid and red rose pictured. I can see from the comments above that they have done this same mistake many times. One or two times is reasonable, but to keep repeating that mistake and ruining people's orders by cutting corners and using cheap Flowers as fillers is called a Scam or fraud. Then when I complained they agreed to refund my order. They charged me $124 for dead mini shriveled up roses a shit ton of white carnations that hadn't barely bloomed yet. And brown tipped ugly sad gloomy dead supposed to be white orchids. All the flowers were mini and there was string showing already! The Lei was shoved in a bag in a box wrapped with an ice pack. I had to sadly compost it. It was that sad. After all that. Only gave me a partial refund and won't respond anymore to me. Please Don't give this place anymore chances to screw up and scam you into buying dead flowers with carnations as fillers. (the other pics of them doing the exact same thing to other customers!)
